The dinner items we've picked from Eat Clean Phx are very flavorful and the perfect portion size. The sodium content is balanced and not overloaded with sauces. Though slightly higher priced than the other meal prep choices, the quality of the food, the time saved from cooking, and the menu choices, make it worth it in my opinion! Lastly, the staff are friendly at their location in Scottsdale!

I was planning from San Francisco and was worried about the coordination, etc. Andrew was very responsive from the beginning, responding very timely and open to suggestions and ideas to craft the experience specifically to our group. He was so amenable to all allergies/preferences and showed up and cooked a DELICIOUS pasta bar meal, complete with appetizers and dessert. Everyone was able to customize their plate and raved about the doof, we continued to eat the desserts for breakfast for the next couple of days as well, the cannoli!!!!! I would absolutely recommend him to family/friends in the area, and use him for another occasion. Again, everything was so easy, fluid, seamless, decreased any stress I was having, showed up and delivered a lovely experience!!!! Thank you Andrew :)

Had to use a knife to be able to eat it. I ended up tossing it. BUT! I texted the company to let them know my experience and they immediately responded, apologized and credited that meal price towards my next order. Awesome customer service and honestly, really good food with healthy serving sizes (or smaller ones if you're a light eater). Highly recommend if you're like me, living alone, and don't feel like cooking a whole meal for just 1 person.

I've come here to tell you how incredible this food service is. I have tried so many online and…read morelocal food prep services and they're all lacking in some way. My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

No reservations and they got us in quickly if out by 730. Nice and helpful. Great food.read more

I've been using SunBasket (paying $78 for 6 uncooked portions), so decided to try this out since it was much cheaper and already prepared....PLUS IT'S A LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS! So far I'm very happy! Whatever orange sauce comes in every container is deliciously addicting...not kidding, I thought about drinking it. I've only eaten my meals cold (since I work out of my car) and they are great that way, so I'm sure they're awesome heated up. I also ordered a side of the banana peanut butter protein balls (16g each)--- they are so good! I'm going to be ordering from GuacBox again for my work meals next week

The mango one was interesting but not the right thing for a chip dip which is what I was looking for. The plain however, was anything but plain. It had a great taste so I forked up the $7 for it and boy was it worth it. No exaggeration I literally ate all of it later in the day. It was fresh and delicious. I deducted a star because I had no idea they had meal delivery services which probably should have been advertised at the market. As far as I knew they only sold guacamole.

I ordered the lemongrass beef banh mi with the added pate. The bread is good and has a nice crunch on the outside, the beef had good flavor and they put a good amount in the sandwich and the pickled veggies were nice and crunchy! However where the sandwich was lacking was the pate, it had no flavor or salt whatsoever and just tasted like a thick flavorless paste in my sandwich. I'm not sure if it was a one off and it's usually better but if I were to get it again I definitely wouldn't get the added pate.

The food is sensational, and I don't say that easily. The ingredients are fresh and each element of the meal is well-seasoned. My only wish is that there was more of it, but that would defeat the purpose as I'm utilizing the service to aid in weight loss. Their customer service has also been good as I made several adjustments from the start. And the convenience is off the charts. I always said if I had a personal chef to cook all my meals for me, losing weight would be much easier. With this service, I've found just that. I highly recommend them! (And to those who may complain about the cost, try adding up the cost of all the meals out, food delivery charges, groceries tossed because your best intentions to cook healthy weren't realized, etc. If this service helps me get healthy again, it's worth every dime and then some!)

I have done several weeks of this food delivery, averaging 6 meals a week. Off the bat, it beats…read moreout most online non-local services through freshness alone. And 9/10 meals have tasted fantastic (I like trying new things and they don't always meet my flavor preferences.)They deliver meals several times a week to make sure everything is fresh and that is super appreciated. Including all those deliveries, I think the price is very fair in comparison to the online options which deliver once a week. Next, the food selection is very good. There are several types of meats to choose from, ranging from turkey, chicken, beef, fish, and shrimp. And there's always a good amount of veggies for those looking for nutrition. I cycle through different meal options and different meat options quite regularly. Now the only negative I would give them is that their site does not list calories. So if you're in the market for healthy and want to count your calories, as far as I could find, they do not have that listed anywhere.

We first started ordering after our second child was born and just needed readily-accessible healthy meals. The meals are very fairly priced, and the quality is always great. I'm not saying they are perfect, but no person or business is. The key is that they always make it right in the rare case where there was an issue. Also, their delivery people are always courteous and respectful - in particular Patricia has been so kind to make sure not to ring the doorbell late in case our kids are already in bed. I've been using this company on an off for a couple years. I started ordering from the company…read moreagain about a month ago and have noticed a few things have changed: -There seems to be more sauces I'm not really a fan of. -My fridge smells like whatever sauces or seasonings being used and I'm not a fan of that either. -The containers seem to have a lot more grease at the bottom when the food is gone than before. -The delivery person used to let you know when they were on their way to your house, now they just show up. Even though there's a delivery period of 5.5 hours listed when you order, yes...the old notice that someone was actually on their way was appreciated. -There used to be more vegetables. In one of the meals this week, there were only 6 pieces of vegetables (in the large portion). A week or two ago I complained the potatoes were burned. The company responded to my complaint. This week, there were potatoes in the green chili chicken that weren't cooked thoroughly. I didn't complain this week, because I complained the last time I ordered. But if you can't cook the potatoes without overcooking them or undercooking them, maybe you shouldn't offer them as an option. This week, I sent a message asking what the macros for the steak meal were, but I never received a response. I also included a picture of container not having a label. Their website says "Each meal varies in the number of carbs/protein/macros but are guaranteed to be healthy options. Each meal prep has labels to provided detailed description of the serving size." Aside from the errors in those sentences lol...this is the second time I've had to email the company to get the macros for the labels that weren't on the container...but this time, no one responded. I use this meal service because I used to enjoy the food, the macro labels and to make my life easier. But it doesn't seem like that's the case anymore.
