Prices are high, which is to be expected. Credit or debit card only. If you are a T-Mobile subscriber, stop by their tent and get a $20 food voucher to save money. At Hole 14, M partnered with Katsuya and brought Rock Shrimp Tempura ($23) and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice ($26). You will also find Toma empanadas (1 for $9, 2 for $16). The private suites had access to more premium offerings, like shrimp cocktail towers and open bars. I believe each sponsor can customize their menu however they like (probably based on how much they are willing to pay). I was a cabana guest and had access to the hospitality area by Hole 18. There were two refrigerators stocked with bottled beverages that you can grab from anytime. The snack basket was also complimentary. Options are similar to the treats at the concession stands outside. Think Annie's graham crackers, Golden Peak sweet tea, Minute Maid, Planters trail mix, Miss Vickie's, Grandma's cookies, and other Frito-Lay or Coca-Cola products. Saturday breakfast consisted of breakfast burritos (choice of cheese or chorizo), overnight oats, and greek yogurt paired with a build your own parfait bar. Burritos were on the smaller side, but you can grab another one. The bar was not fully open, just coffee only. At 12PM they started serving lunch. Pasta was ordinary and there's not much to write about the chicken croissant sandwich. The salmon was tasty at least. For dessert, they had brownies and tarts. The final course was snacks at 3PM. There was a charcuterie board with cheese and crackers. Some sliders for light bites. And more desserts. Well it was a food-filled day to say the least! We had out tasting in early January for our late February wedding (trust me, I thought this was too late, but they assured me it was more than enough time) and the tasting was great- easy to schedule and communicate what we were interested in trying. The food was incredible and we were super excited to have them as our top contender for the wedding dinner! They helped set up our buffet dinner for just under 100 guests, made the table look beautiful, they ensured we had our meal before our guests (thank you!! Otherwise I don't think we would have had a chance to eat tbh), they filled our champagne glasses for toasts, and allowed us to customize every option from day one. On top of these things, the chef made sure to introduce himself and check on us throughout the night, the serving staff saved us appetizers during cocktail hour to ensure we were fed throughout the night and they made sure that we were taken care of first and foremost which just helped us feel that much more special. Our guests could not have raved more about the dinner and appetizers as well- told 'that was the absolute best meal I've ever had at a wedding' multiple times throughout the evening! We couldn't agree more :) We catered our dessert and cake from a local bakery, but they helped cut and serve desserts as well.
