I emailed Brian North over 2 years ago to request him to take down my house photos and video due to online privacy and safety. I have not heard back from him at all in spite of follow up calls, emails, texts from me and from his colleagues. I think he is one of those realtor who only responds to money in the works. His online presence brands himself as someone who is an expert on how to make money and chase real estate profits from others and nothing about service and giving back. Online posts of pictures and videos if not taken down upon home sale and home owner request is classified as an ethics violation by AZ Association of REALTORS. I will be filing my complaints via other channels to have my privacy protected. Updates: After working frustratingly on my own, I managed to have my private online information removed that were posted by Brian North and weren't removed within the reasonable time as required by ARMLS. Beware of this realtor who sells luxury real estate. He doesn't respect his buyer/sell's privacy and safety after a transaction is closed and he already has his commission money. read more

Lied and didn't notify other Agent involved about the Mold problem in the home. I've used North&Co twice now and both times have been good experiences, however the 2nd time was most exceptional thanks to our realtor Adam Bowman. He has lived in the Phoenix area his whole life and knows the neighborhoods very well. We had been living in DC during part of our home search and weren't sure whether or not we were moving to Phoenix, we had our eye on a particular house and Adam kept in contact with the seller even when we weren't there in case we happened to change our minds and come back!
