I am writing this now after living having moved to Medford, Oregon and realizing how wonderful Mark was versus the repeated saga of stress with every visit to the Medford LabCorp. I do not know if Mark is still at the Grass Valley LabCorp. If so, please let me know how to reach him. I am writing also the VP of LabCorp to share my very positive experience there in contrast to the painful, stress-filled experience going to the Medford branch of LabCorp. What took 5 minutes or less in Grass Valley takes 30 minutes or more in Medford. The latter's computer system does not allow them to see what was done at the prior (usually monthly) draw so they re-invent the wheel with the same puzzling issues every month. This lab is very near my home so it is convenient for me. They have emergency good hours and will take walk in appointments in the mornings. One of the things I like best is the online scheduling. It is very easy to select dates and times. They Followup with email reminders and check in instructions. I also really appreciate the staff at Quest. I am always taken into the lab right away and the blood draw is quick, efficient and painless. The techs are very capable and experienced. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend Quest Lab in Penn Valley, very highly. I trust and appreciate the people and test results here.
