I am writing this now after living having moved to Medford, Oregon and realizing how wonderful Mark was versus the repeated saga of stress with every visit to the Medford LabCorp. I do not know if Mark is still at the Grass Valley LabCorp. If so, please let me know how to reach him. I am writing also the VP of LabCorp to share my very positive experience there in contrast to the painful, stress-filled experience going to the Medford branch of LabCorp. What took 5 minutes or less in Grass Valley takes 30 minutes or more in Medford. The latter's computer system does not allow them to see what was done at the prior (usually monthly) draw so they re-invent the wheel with the same puzzling issues every month.
