When the cleaners showed up late, they struggled to find parking and didn't communicate well with my wife. Ultimately, they had my pregnant wife walking blocks trying to help them find parking in the humid heat. Ultimately, they pressed on her to reschedule for the morning as they wanted to leave. I was frustrated with this as we have medical appointments and purposefully scheduled when we did. When I called Monica and expressed frustration, they tried to find cleaners to come back same day, but with late afternoon traffic, no one was available. Overall, pretty abysmal experience and cancelled all together. I write reviews to help others and to help companies learn lessons. LA Cleaning Experts needs better awareness of their customers where maybe they don't have a pregnant woman walking around in the heat for 40 minutes. They need to work on swallowing defensive excuses before saying them over the phone. Sometimes, a simple sorry is best. Hopefully, you won't get the same treatment that we did.

I called, texted, and sent messages through the Yelp app which all went unaddressed. Two and a half hours later, I received a message saying they were there to clean but nobody was home. You were correct....I scheduled the move-out clean for a time that I could be there to get it started and then had to go into work while they cleaned, then would return. Well, I still had to go into work. I trusted this company to complete the move-out cleaning (as scheduled) and was sent into a last minute panic as we had to be out of the house but still needed the cleaning. Thankfully, I found another company that could squeeze in the cleaning and they did an amazing job!! Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of communication of this company. In fact, he stated, "I wasn't getting my messages." I think the value you get for your money is really good. I asked them to help me with a few other things, and they were very congenial and helped me. They didn't speak English very well, but we used our phones to communicate, and it wasn't so bad. There were some nice touches too, like how they displayed the towels like a cruise or hotel. So why 4 stars? I had to point out mirrored closet doors that were completely missed and obviously dirty, and of the 3 sets of sliding glass doors, it was strange that one set would be washed inside and out, but another set in the same room wasn't cleaned on both sides. (But when I asked them to clean it they willingly and apologetically complied.) And even though I had listed that I would want help with laundry, that wasn't touched at all, and because I didn't realize until later that they didn't understand English, I had to decide to not have the bedsheets laundered and have the beds made. By the time I realized they hadn't understood my request it was too late to keep that part in and get done in time, so I told them to just make one bed with fresh sheets and leave the other two rooms. Also, after they left, I noticed a few very obviously missed areas, and there were a couple windows that were partially missed (I asked for windows to be cleaned on the inside.) But considering how quickly they got everything done, I don't fault them too much for the bits they missed. Like I said, it was only after they left that I noticed it, and I'm sure if I had pointed it out they would have happily cleaned it to my satisfaction. All in all, I think they did a great job!
