The store is big and very clean. It smells nice. My daughter is having friend over and I needed to buy the ingredients for pozole. So I saw that they had good price on the meat. The only bad thing it's that they had one price in the sticker of the meat and on the fridge they had a sign that it was at cheaper price. So, I saw that but si ce I was checking that the price for the organic cauliflower was 10 dollars I had to take that back. I didn't see that the price was per pound. Yikes. I found some exotic fruits like quince and star fruit and cherimoya. I got one of each. The prices of the frute were reasonable. The staff were nice and helpful. They have a bakery inside and also a restaurant type of thing. They have tables to seat for you to enjoy your food there. I saw they had a deli and they have a juicery there too. Very convenient. You just have to pay attention to the prices. And pay attention when they ring the stuff so they have the right price.

genuinely, WOAH. I made my first visit to Vallarta and i was floored. The abundance of options in this store was truly like none other! it's a grocery store/restaurant all in one except it's a step above any other i've been to. I came in looking for street taco ingredients but accidentally came out with so much more lol. I LOVED that they have freshly made EVERYTHING- i got fresh tortillas, juice, lunch and salsas all in one trip. That list doesn't even scratch the surface of what they offer so please! Check it out yourself

Stopped by Vallarta Supermarkets for the first time and was so impressed by how large, clean, and well-organized it was! The decor and vibrant signage around the food stalls give it such a fun and lively atmosphere. It's definitely more than your typical grocery store experience. I tried a banana agua fresca, and it was incredibly refreshing with little chunks of fruit throughout. You can really tell it's made fresh. I'm already planning to come back to try out some of the other food stalls and grab a few of their marinated meats, which looked amazing. Overall, such a great first visit, Vallarta has definitely earned a new regular out of me!

I've lived in the Valley for almost a year now, and I hit the Harbor Freight next door at least twice a month. Every time I'd see this market, but if I was at Harbor Freight, it meant I was mid-DIY crisis and missing a tool, so grocery shopping was never on the agenda. One day, I finally wandered in. I'm from the Bay Area, and we don't have markets like this, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Then... boom. Eyes widened. Jaw dropped. It was like walking into Disneyland, except way better because I like food more than I like Mickey. The produce? Vibrant, fresh, and basically auditioning for a magazine cover. Then I hit the meat section, and that's when I wished I had more Mexican friends. So many incredible marinated cuts and prepared meats that I had zero clue how to cook. So I just stared at them like I was at an art gallery. Next stop: seafood. Bruhhhhhhh. I left with a ceviche cup (complete with the spoon), a little container labeled "Seafood Salad," and smoked salmon dip. Then, BOOM an entire section of chicharrones. I didn't even know there were that many kinds. Naturally, I got half a pound "just to try." At this point, I had to escape before I blacked out and filled my cart with a week's worth of food. But then... the tequila section. As a tequila fan, I can confirm: this was top shelf, literally and figuratively. Got home, tried everything, and it was all amazing. For someone who loves this kind of food but has zero experience cooking it, finding this place felt like unlocking a cheat code and I am grateful.

This is my go to market. It's the Mexican equivalent to Whole Foods, but reasonably priced! Can't come here without getting our pre-shop Carnitas burrito lunch that we share. Meats are always great looking! Today we got two Porterhouse steaks for less than $17.00! Love this place!

This was my first time at this location and I was very surprised at the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the store. We mostly bought produce and meats during this visit. The produce section was well stocked and everything was very fresh. I was price comparing items here based versus my Walmart delivery order and it was pretty even pricing with the exception of bananas and avocados. This location also offers a taqueria, Mexican bakery, a juice bar, and some gorgeous Mexican inspired pottery. Beyond traditional Mexican foods, they also offer all of the grocery store basics like beverage isles, frozen foods, chips, cereal, snacks, etc. Great service too! The staff here was super helpful when I couldn't a find a few items on my list.

Don't let me loose in this Vallarta- you might not see me for hours. This place has everything that I want in a grocery store (and so much more). First, I love the fact that this store is always so clean and organized. This does not happen by accident as there are friendly workers in almost every aisle stocking shelves. Kudos to management for their hiring practices. I also love that every section is clearly marked with friendly large signs for old guys like me who can't see very well. To be honest, I go for the tamales and pan dulce. Seriously, this place is a carb lovers dream! Vallarta offers at least a half dozen types of tamales, and several sections of baked treats to choose from. If you need detergent , paper towels , and deodorant, you can pick these up here but be prepared to pay a premium. Do yourself a favor, go to Walmart and pick up that other stuff. Come to this store to get lost in all the delicious offerings, and make sure to grab some tamales to go.

Something about Mexican grocery stores that is just so pleasing to the OCD eye. Very organized and they have staff constantly out in the produce for quality control. Taking out the bad apples. This is the newest Vallarta so it's nice clean and bright with colors and light. It didn't have a fishy or gamey smell which I really like because smells can be a bit off putting in some grocers. I grabbed an agua frescas and chicharron with guac. Soooo good!

This store is very nice and clean. They have a huge selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, plus just about everything else you could need. The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I came in for a few items but couldn't resist trying the taco bar and smoothie bar too. I'll definitely be coming back

I love this location. Plenty of parking. The only thing it was missing are their ice cream/paletas. How come they don't have that here? Service: Friendly. A good variety of everything.

Store is clean. Everything is neatly organized. This just might be because they're a new store that just opened not too long ago. The taco plate was delicious! We grabbed the 3 taco plate that came with rice and beans with the choice of meat was tripas. It was delicious and I would definitely go back for more. The employees were also very nice and friendly.

Wanted to pick up tamales for dinner and decided to check out the new Vallarta. The tamales are hot and fresh and in a self serve display. $3 each, no matter the kind. I got pork and chicken. I also got four different tubs of salsa to try the different varieties. Oh, and a bag of tortilla chips. They are made fresh daily there. They're the thicker ones and were perfectly salted. Store staff is very nice and helpful. The store itself was huge. The meat counter went along the entire back wall! Clean, neat, and nicely set up.

1/2/25 Hot and New! Getting lunch! Easy on Yelp app ordering. Burrito and spicy shrimp ceviche ordered on it. Simple & convenient! It said when it would be ready and I went to pick it up shortly later. Gigantic store! They have it all and then some! Even Valentine's goods! I was amazed! I went over to the Taqueria section after a nice worker directed me. That large! Greeted by kind worker and let her know of order and it was ready and waiting. Asked for extra hot sauce and she had no problem giving me that. Handed over with good day wishes! Appreciated! Safe and clean with music playing. Definitely a lot to check out! Lunchtime! Chicken burrito split. My half was Great! Fresh tortilla and good amount of chicken. Even tastier with their Great hot sauce! Shrimp ceviche 1/2 was fresh & DELICIOUS!! Mother said hers was REALLY GREAT!! Plenty to to split! Good service & GREAT store! Highly recommended!

Store has good stuff, but I've had two customer service experiences that really turned me off, so…read moreI'm leaving a one-star review. Tonight I didn't have a quarter for a cart. I went in for one thing and ended up with a bunch of items, including a 10 lb bag of potatoes. I politely asked the cashier if I could borrow the cart at the front to take everything to my car and return it right away (this has never been an issue before). He replied with, "Can you just put everything together and take it?" Basically expecting me to carry two bags, a box of items, and a 10 lb bag of potatoes to my car with no cart. Not helpful, not friendly, and totally unnecessary. Also, on a previous visit I bought a bottle of coffee creamer with the foil safety seal still intact, and when I opened it at home it had mold in it. I emailed customer service about it and never received a response. I want to like this place because the store itself is great, but the customer service has been disappointing.

I love Aldi! For those who have never been, ya gotta go! It's well stocked, has all the basics, and…read moreyummy treats too...and saying its a great value is an understatement! I save so much shopping here for the family on things such as fruits, veggies, packaged treats, ice cream, meats, cheeses- the kids love to come and pick out snacks and ingredients for their meals! And the Aldi Finds- great random gift ideas, household items, toys, seasonal- just plain fun to explore! My absolute faves, seriously a fraction of the cost anywhere else, are assortments of hummus, specialty crackers, dark chocolate, nuts, berries...can you feel a charcuterie coming on? They also carry gluten free and vegan options too of items, and prices again, reasonable! If you plan to use a cart, just bring your quarter to unlock, and you will get it back when returned. The store itself is always clean, and the workers kind. They scan quickly, and you bag your own items. It is amazing how full my cart gets with spending honestly a fraction of what I would any other nearby grocery store. Can you tell- I do love Aldi! Go check it out, and maybe I'll see you down an aisle sometime! We'll done Aldi!
