The tattoos came out better than imagined and look awesome. Super happy with the tattoos and I will definitely get one from Katie again if I find myself looking for another. They have large, comfy lounge chairs to wait in while the artists are drawing or working on other clients. My only suggestion would be to possibly change up the music in the store. The loud screaming metal-type gets to be overwhelming after the first verse. But I did find it was quite amusing when after playing 5 metal songs they throw in a Katy Perry song to change it up.

Tito's the only person we all trusted to go get our work done. I've been wanting to add to a piece he did for me but didn't want to go to a different artist but didn't know where Tito moved too. I posted about wanting to get a new tattoo but didn't know where to go and someone told me Tito's in midtown mall now. I'm so excited and can't wait to go get some more work done by him. I only trust Tito for my big and most meaningful tattoos. DEFINITELY come see him if you want art that makes everyone ask where you got it from. Great artist, great guy.

I had 2 appointments because the first liner didn't take. But you still have to pay for the second session, which also didn't take. And all I can think is that I've never seen evidence that she's ever done successful liner. Now, back to my eyebrows. Initially I was told it would be $500, but the second appointment would be a touch up 6 months later and only cost a $50 "lab fee". But my brows lasted a month and I went back, she charged me $500 more, and they're gone. She talks a good game. She shows pictures but who knows where they came from. And now I'm out more than $2000 and have no eyeliner and only a sim memory of eyebrows.

Review 2/9/24 I…read moreconsulted with Steve at The Black Rose Tattoo company, Steve took the time with me and explained the cost, realism and to book full day sessions this would be cheaper than hourly. Excited to move forward I booked my appointment for June. As June approached I emailed Steve several times because I did not know what he had planned for a design and I had no response from Steve or the shop. Keep in mind this was after I paid my deposit and my husband also purchased a gift card in May towards the tattoo. 6/20/24 the day of my appointment I arrived at the shop and no one was there. I waited called and Steve answered he said yes they are at the new location and he was running late childcare. We met and Steve did not have my tattoo prepared, no design. We did sit together and came up with a design and rescheduled for July. First session full day Steve left the chair for extended periods of time many interruptions left the shop for an appointment friends hanging around the chair. Session two Steve was late childcare arrived 10:30 appt 9. He was not able to locate my stencils or art and needed to find them. He left the shop again for an extended period of time while I sat in the chair with the inks stencil on my arm. Session 3 same interruptions people hanging around the chair and hardly any communication between Steve and I. Steve told me 2 to 3 more sessions to complete the project but prior to this day he said one more session. I follow many fantastic artists on social media and learned they do realism and their customers were leaving with work completed in a session and I was not. I spoke with a few artists and decided it was within my best interest to not continue with Steve. Had I continued I would not have been able to fix the tattoo or even have it removed. I chose not to show at my last appointment and oddly the shop never called me, Steve never called me to ask where I was. Would I recommend The Black Rose Tattoo NO! Will they say we were under construction moving shops yes. Will they respond that I wanted realism and that this would take multiple sessions yes! I wanted realism however again how is it mine looked a distorted doodle and was not coming together after multiple sessions, keep in mind the full day session is $1,500.00 a day! Will they respond you no showed yup they will but honestly I made that choice! As a professional business owner it is their responsibility to take due diligence and put the customer first. Respond to client's emails. Be prepared with the work. Take care of your business and personal needs prior to accepting money from a client and scheduling a service that they cannot provide. Red flags were there from day one and I continued to go back I take ownership for this mistake. They should take ownership for taking me for a financial ride to purpose their own financial good. Luckily I found a shop who took this and created a beautiful piece of art. Last comment to this lengthy post I recently attended a tattoo convention and had the pleasure of chatting with one of the judges and prominent artist shop owner in New England, while at dinner. His comment to me blunt and truth do your research before being inked! The judges at the convention were shocked at the prior work and made mention they need re-do contest I would agree. I spent a year hiding my mess something that was special to me in memory of my Dad. Now I walk around proudly displaying my piece people approach me comment gorgeous landscapers comment on the flowers how real they are. and well sorry not sorry The Black Rose Tattoo Company you missed out on doing a beautiful realism full sleeve that is now in the works elsewhere! My recommendation do not go to Steve at The Black Rose Tattoo Company... and do your research before being inked it pays to wait and find the shop and artist who can make you visions come true.

When I entered, I asked for a medium sized back Baphomet piece to get done in JUST BLACK. I did not want any color, but soon as I told the tattoo artist what I wanted they said "it would look better with some red" so I agreed that red would be nice. BIG MISTAKE. Whilst getting my first tattoo the man doing my tattoo put a sort of gel like lotion onto my back to prevent infection, and showed me the Baphomet tracing of which I picked out. Having it being my first tattoo it was very hard to bear, since my first one was a huge back piece of a Baphomet. I had to take at least 5 breaks on and off because of the pain level. But all was good when the pain was finally over and I got to look in the mirror what it looked like. Everything was great, but the red color wasn't as I hoped but I shrugged it off and then went to get my belly button pierced. The person who did my belly button was a girl, and she looked very inexperienced because she was nervous around me, but it may have been because of my Satanic goat I just got tattoo'd on my back rather than my ass. So, she told me to take a big breathe and the large gauge needle went in. I screamed but only in an orgasmic way. She laughed, and then asked for my number. Later weeks pass and everything is okay, the tattoo is wonderful and so is the piercing. As well as my secret girlfriend but I don't think my husband would mind. Haha jk I am now divorced with a sexy girlfriend.
