We just had valet install custom closets in our main bedroom and office and we were thrilled with the entire process. We went into the showroom to schedule an estimate and the designer came to our home, took measurements and then met up with us a little later to show us the design options they had come up with (shout out to Lavanya for being fantastic). We got estimates from a few other places and appreciated that these numbers were just the numbers without the used car sales pitch we got elsewhere, and were super competitive. I have so much more space in my closet than I did before. 5 stars for Cynthia. While I did have some mishaps, Valet went out of their way and replaced shelves that had dings on them (Twice). I believe this is just the quality of the material I chose. Any damage on white is very obvious. Once the clothes are in, you can't really tell but if you are someone who pays attention to detail, I would recommend choosing a different material other than white. They met their production timeline (even a week earlier), provided ongoing updates, and arrived withn the window of time promised. She also spent additional time reconnecting multiple cords (from the various office machines) which had to be unplugged to set-up the cabinents. My wife and I purchased from Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets in 2003 ( 20 years ago ) a wall bed of extreme good quality. Not all the sales personnel was very helpful, but also the product came with a 20 Year warranty. In 2008 an adjustment was needed, and promptly the service department took care of the service call. Now and after a long use of the bed by the grandkids, the hinges on the holding board at the feet of the bed came apart. A quick call to Crystal at the Danville store and subsequent service call setup by Brian, the hinges will be replaced for free of charge. I assure anyone that on this industry no one has a 20 year warranty and a superb customer service.
