She's stealing from her customers and then became upset and raised her tone of voice when she got caught. She's also not nice to the employees, you can tell they are afraid of her. My advice to anyone eating here: always ask for an itemized receipt and check your bill before you pay. Don't assume the total is correct just because the owner is ringing you up.
