Today, I was captivated by the crepe paper floral and window designs...quite unusual, in a good way. While there were three sales associates in store, no one independently offered to show me any items or ask me what I was looking for. When inquired about a couple of pieces of jewelry, one sales associate did show me the pieces. The store inventory tends to be on the higher end pricing side. With that said the pieces appear to be of high quality and unique. Kick Pleat appears to be a boutique for shoppers who enjoy fashion and appreciate carefully curated pieces. They even had Travis Matthew, which is one of my favorite brands! we ended up buying a tuxedo instead of renting one because of the great prices and great service! My wife also had her dress tailored and they were done in just a couple days! The service is top-notch by all the employees inside the store and they have a great selection! we are so happy we went into Gatsby's which is now one of my favorite stores to shop at!

You can pick up statement pieces at a fraction of the original retail price and feel confident in the quality of what you're buying. The staff was very helpful and friendly...opening up cases to allow you to see merchandise up close, at your leisure. They have an on-site authenticator of all their goods, which gives you a certain peace of mind that you are getting authentic pieces. It is situated in a cute cozy house on 5th street. Parking is a hassle and I recommend street parking as their tiny parking lot is hard to maneuver around in. I walked into the charming shop and was quickly greeted and informed about the sale. The entire store except for jewelry was 70% off. While waiting in line to try on clothes the team members took customers' drink orders. They had champagne, mimosas and a St. Germaine champagne cocktail. The line to try on clothes was about an hour long (due to the sale) and the champagne made it a much more pleasant experience. As I tried on the lovely finds I practiced the "look at how much I saved today honey" speech. I fell in love with 3 items that I could just not leave the store without! While the prices are high, these are the type of clothes that once you try on you're certain that it was made just for you. My happiest find was a pair of Paige jeans normally $225 on sale for $67 I am also excited about the timeless lace black dress from Nicole Miller retailing for $472 on sale for $141.
