In October 2022, brought my truck to their service dept as my car's convertible top was falling apart, despite not even being a year old. I was told I would be able to get it replaced under warranty. However, I was never contacted for the repair. The gentleman who was assisting me, left their dealership and I fell through the cracks. Eventually, my mother called them to see what the heck was going on??? And they scheduled a date 5 months out for me to bring my truck in. They refused to even quote me a repair time as "they'd never replaced a bronco's softtop". (Fwiw, I checked on how long the repair should take via various Ford Bronco forums, and was informed it should only take a day at most. That it's a big job, not a fun job and that's likely why they pushed out my repair- that they really didn't want to do the job). So I dropped my truck off on 2/13/23. A week later, I came back to see what progress had been made and my car was sitting on their lot untouched :( They not only scheduled me 5 months out from when I originally brought the truck in, but in the week they had it, they didn't bother repairing it. They said that "this week they would look into it". So Why did I have to bring it in a week early??? It makes zero sense to me. I asked for my Bronco back. I'll get the work done somewhere else where I and my time are valued more. Fwiw, I drove my car cross-country over the summer and 2 weeks into owning it, the AC broke in 112 degree heat. When I got to a big enough city (Denver) my car was repaired on the spot. The Ford dealer accommodated me extremely well. I wasn't happy my new Bronco broke 2 weeks into my ownership, but the dealership was more than accommodating. Mitchel Ford wasted my time. I had an appt and even though they had my truck for over a week, they did nothing. I'm not pleased with them. 1.5 stars. They did give me a loaner vehicle. I guess that helps, but at the end of the day, my truck still needs a new roof. It should have been repaired in October 2022 when I brought it in. It should have been replaced on my 2/13/23 appointment. They had the car for over a week during this period and did NOTHING. WTF.

I have been looking for a cabriolet 2018 Audi S5 Cabriolet for at least a month, either they were sold by the time the dealer got to me or the price wasn't right. I saw that North Bay had a few on their lot(which is unheard of) and I contacted them about a particular S5 Premium Plus. It was after hours and they got back to me next day, and we began the process. From the pictures, the car looked immaculate, low miles, off lease and a fantastic price. As I work and live in NY and they are in CT, I was looking to do the deal online. I contacted many dealerships outside of my area that would only talk to me if I drove to their dealer, some as far as Virginia. Being out of state was no problem from the team at North Bay. Put in a credit app online and they went to work to make the deal work. My credit has some dings and this was going to be third vehicle that we financed. A lot of banks wanted us to trade in one of the vehicles but we were looking to have three, as my son needed a car and we were going to be gifting him one of the cars. I don't know what or how they did it, but they were able to not only find a bank willing to accept the terms but the rate was very agreeable. Gave me a call and email on a Saturday to tell me the deal was done. Again, like no dealer I have ever dealt with, they asked for no deposit and started to prep the car for pick up! They put the car through their shop, full check up, and even put on a set of BRAND NEW, HIGH END tires! We drove up to CT from Long Island, NY to pick up the car on a Saturday am. Since we purchased the car sight on seen, it was the first time being at the dealer and seeing the car. Timmy and the team immediately welcomed us, had the detailed car bought around with temp plates for us to drive before taking care of the paperwork! The car was beautifully detailed and in absolute phenomenal shape, it looked like it just came of the factory line. Timmy took us through the pay work, and it was seamless! No high pressure add on nonsense, just a small dealer fee(which wouldn't even cover the cost of new tires on this particular car) and we added GAP insurance. Less than 40 minutes, in and out with a beautiful S5 cabriolet! This place is what a car buying experience should be, especially with cars at this price point! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a late model luxury vehicle that is perfect condition, low miles, great price with ZERO HASSELE OR dealer BS! Timmy is a great dude and the rest of the guys in the office were also great! It's the happiest I've ever seen people watching me take the car home, it was awesome! GET HERE TO GET THE PERFECT CAR! I'll be back without a doubt!!

I'm writing this experience for two reasons:…read more 1. To inform you to always do your due diligence when making any purchase, but especially a large purchase. If I had shown up at this dealer in the morning to purchase this car and found this out in the moment, it would have been a problem. 2. To encourage car salespeople to 'do better'. I've met some great ones, but most of my experience has been disappointing. Dec 5th, 2025 North Bay Imports in East Windsor, CT and I recently settled on a price for a car, and they sent me a deal sheet. I sent North Bay Imports a deposit and they prepped the car for sale. Financing was in place, insurance for the car was acquired and an appointment was set to pick up the car. In the meantime, I had been in contact with Audi corporate and they, Audi, sent me the original window sticker for the car. When I looked at the original window sticker, the car options listed on North Bay Imports website and the original window sticker did not match. The option missing, that is listed on North Bay Imports website for the car I ordered is the AC charging package, and it is an $1,850 package. I immediately reached out to North Bay Imports to see where the mistake was. The next morning the Sales Manager, Steve Powers, leaves a message saying that, in fact, the mistake was theirs. In Steve's message to me when I pointed out the discrepancy he said, "It looks like the vehicle that we were on doesn't have charging ports on both sides, but it still has the same capability to charge on a level 1, level 2 or level 3 through that one port..." Steve, no it does not have the same capability because the AC charging option adds a 19.2kW AC onboard charger. Justin, the salesperson, swore it was a mistake and not deception so whoever is reading this will have to decide that for themselves. The comments made to me by Justin, after I told him that this was "stereotypical dealer B.S. (I said the entire word)", were, "...I'm glad you caught it because that would have been a bad trip for ya." He also said, "...I've been here for four years, this is the first time this has happened to me, generally it doesn't." Generally?? And then he says, "I didn't know, or we didn't know, that the, the second charging port was a sticking point for you..." Sticking Point? That's like saying that if they knew that a sunroof was important to me, we would have told me there wasn't a sunroof even though they advertised that the car had a sunroof. He was acting like this was my fault. Unbelievable. Assuming an $1,850 option isn't important to anyone shows the lack of care and accountability when it comes to listing their cars. And so, since we were supposed to pick this car up in less than 24 hours, I gave them the option of taking the cost of the missing option, in which they admitted was their mistake, off the price of the car or give us our $500 deposit back. Steve's response was, "We're not discounting the car." Discounting the car, he says? That's an interesting choice of words considering the almost $2,000 option missing from the car they were attempting to sell me. The one thing I can say is that they refunded me my deposit very quickly. Too bad they just wasted two weeks of my car search. This dealer is two hours away from our home, we rented a car, had our cashier's check in hand and ready to go. You know that feeling you have when you're about to get a new (new to us) car? North Bay Imports ruined that for us. The vehicle we were going to purchase was labeled "Sale Pending" on their website. The "Sale Pending" label was removed almost immediately after returning my deposit. But you know what still remains? Yup. The false and misleading information about the car is still on their website. (Screenshot taken on Dec 7th at 1:14pm. They were informed on Dec 5th 8am). Does this sound like a business that genuinely made a mistake? I can't tell you how much I DO NOT recommend North Bay Imports located in East Windsor, CT for your car buying needs.

I have driven about 3,500…read moremiles since then, and have waited to post a review, to ensure that any problems had time to present themselves. I can happily say that the car has performed admirably in that time (no small feat, given the notorious unreliability of JLR products). I can confidently say that I bought a gem. I live in MD and found the car online. I've bought used cars at a distance before (sometimes sight unseen), and as a car enthusiast I'm used to traveling when the right one pops up. This one matched the model/color/spec I wanted so, despite it being in CT, I reached out to Yara Motors and explained that I was interested. Initially, when I explained over the phone that I wasn't local, Wael - the owner of the dealership - was a little hesitant. Perhaps he's had poor experiences with out-of-state customers in the past. I understand. People are flaky. Nonetheless, I persevered, and he seemed reassured when I booked a flight to CT for two days later. I arrived to find a small, independent dealership stocked with used, low mileage luxury cars (Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc.) that appeared to be in nice condition. I spent an hour looking over the Rover myself, during which time I hooked it up to my OBD scanner to check for error codes (there were none) and chatted with Wael and his mechanic about the car's history. They were friendly and welcoming. The front suspension bushings had been replaced in preparation for the sale (they wear quickly on these heavy cars) and an alignment had been performed. The alloy wheels had more curb rash than I expected and the front tires, while within legal limits, were worn unevenly (likely as a result of the car being driven by its previous owner on worn suspension bushings). But otherwise the car was in mint condition. Even the original window sticker was still in the car along with the factory toolkit, manuals, and all-weather floor mats. Wael would not accept a lower amount for the car but, in his defense, he had priced it fairly already. I bought it on the spot, with Wael kindly driving me to the bank to collect the money order. My drive home was enjoyable and uneventful, and the car sailed through an MD state inspection right away. When I took it to my local Jag-LR indie mechanic for a lookover, he confirmed that I'd bought an excellent example. Since then, I've changed the oil and tires, obtained and programed a second remote key fob, and bought an additional set of wheels with winter tires. After my first oil change, I sent the used oil to Blackstone Labs for analysis. The report confirms that the engine is wearing in nicely, and all the readings are in spec. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy another car from Yara Motors again. Thanks Wael!

Without hesitation I call and ask for a salesperson. Meanwhile, my partner was researching Google reviews and everyone was praising this woman by the name of Maria. I was thinking to myself, we probably should have researched a sales associate, before calling, but given the extremely limited quantity of our dream SUV, I wasn't wasting a second. The phone connects and we hear "Thank you for calling Langan VW of Vernon, this is Maria, how may I help you today?". We both burst out with joyous cheer and excitement. We tell Maria what led us to her and the vehicle we want. She assures us that yes in fact they have it, it's not sold. We agree to meet tomorrow. Having purchased new vehicles before, this is where I start to get anxious, wondering if she is going to be like every other sales person I have dealt with? Numbers game, low-ball trade offer, no wiggle room? She did none of those things. She was completely personable and explained everything that I was filling out and what was involved in the process. Maria is so sweet. I feel like I'm hanging out with my Italian Grandmother, that is, if I had an Italian Grandmother. The process was seamless and very relaxed. I received a fair price on both my new car and trade in. This whole place is amazing. I haven't seen one unhappy customer or employee, whether it be in service, parts, and especially in sales. Ryan, the finance manager, made me feel so at ease. He explained everything & answered all my questions before having me sign anything. This was the most comfortable I have ever felt while signing legal documents. Maria showed me how to operate all the features of my new car, setup my phone, filled up the tank and even bought me a coffee. On top of all of this, gave me a homemade chicken parm. I'm elated that I'm now the proud owner of my dream car, with no compromises, but at the same time I feel a bit of sadness knowing that it's time to depart this wonderful place and say farewell to all these wonderful people who have changed my life. Langan VW of Vernon is an experience unlike any other. They are honest, warm, and welcoming. They truly set the bar high for other dealerships. I can't recommend them enough and would hope that everyone had the chance to experience their stellar customer service, vast product knowledge, and laid back sales approach. Maria is a gem. Words can hardly describe what a warm, trustworthy, charismatic, and beautiful person she is. I think of Maria more of as a friend, then just a salesperson and I would highly recommend you pick up the phone and ask for her by name, she will change your life forever. If there were more Maria's in this world, it truly would be a much better place to live.
