The owner of handyman took care of all repairs associated with the water damage thank you very much yes we are all human and we make mistakes but they owned up to their mistakes and fixed the problem again thank you. install a vanity in my third-floor bathroom. Mr. James Ellenberger was the insulator. This company drilled right through my water pipe and flooded my house. And did not want to take responsibility until I had to get a plumber out here to figure out what the problem was and where the leak came from and sure enough it was confirmed by the licensed plumber that the installer Which works for Mr. handyman drilled right into my waterline flooded my first second and third floor. This company don't want to pay to restore my home or better yet the owner wants to sell his people to restore my home why would I trust them to do anything in my home ever in life. And this company couldn't even have the decency to refund my money for the work done considering they messed everything up again. Not only did I have to pay for them to install the vanity but now I have to pay to have my house dried out in the drywall torn up in my floors replaced because of their neglect

The power wash went well and pictures were taken of the completed job to have on file. It was explained to me that the pictures of the deck would assist the next technician to plan for the deck to be stained. When it was time for the deck to be stained, the technician arrived stating the job was not scheduled properly, the previous quote was incorrect and the job couldn't be completed on that day. After requesting time off from work, weeks in advance all I could do was approve the work for the time allotted. That resulted in 1/3 of the job (exterior deck) completed at the top of the price range. There seems to be a lack of communication amongst the team at Mr. Handyman, which leads to poor customer service. Now due to AI, it's very challenging trying to speak to a human to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, I'm looking into another company who has provided Great customer service consistently.

He is professional and can do everything from small fixes to large renovations. He brings a wealth of knowledge and perfection in his work that isn't seen often these days. For me he has done everything from fixing my front door to renovating my laundry room with custom floating shelves to redoing our entire basement which including completely gitting and rearranging plumbing to brand new finished. I would highly recommend him, he isnt the cheapest but you will definitely be happy with his work.

He came over promptly, and was able to get things done quickly. He was upfront about what I could expect from this job, and what would need to take more time. What's more? He even helped me with an unrelated issue since he was already here. Joshua is communicative, enthusiastic, and upfront about the cost of services. I am definitely going to work with him again and recommend him to everyone that I can. You couldn't ask for a better person to get the job done.

This helped me greatly with my settlement!! A year later, I purchased a wood stove through them (comes with a lifetime warranty) and they performed the installation with a liner for my entire chimney and new vent. They did an amazing job, and cleaned up afterward. They did not hesitate to come back when I had issues with the blower. They got everything replaced at no cost to me (they wired it backward originally so the electrical was fried). They showed us how to use everything properly and gave us tips on cleaning. They were very respectful of my house and so friendly with my dog. I would and have recommend to any one looking for a chimney company!!

We also recently discovered Second Chance, which we thought was awesome. So, we were excited when we found out about this place. The amount of wood that they had was amazing! It was a fantastic assortment of different quality kinds of wood, at very reasonable prices! They have a great selection of items that you might need for your home, whether you are remodeling, or just looking to add a few new pieces to your decor. I did not realize until I looked at their website that they have a $10 per year membership fee. However, for the quality of items you get at such amazing prices, it's definitely worth it to support a great non-profit.

Also, they take checks and value privacy;-) Just by looking at their video shorts, I wish that I could make trips there with my children, but "when life gets busy" time flys by. I get a chuckle when I see their staff of 2-4 at a time refer to things I grew up with "as antiques," but I guess they are. Everything is "back in style" every 25+ years, so if it's "Stinkin' Cute" don't be afraid to try it! Their "customer service staff" is delightful and outstanding++ as they have been from the beginning! I could spend hours (as one of their staff members has suggested in a video short), but my family would officially think "I had gone missing". (that's a "joke" in case you've lost your sense of humor these days) As an ex-fed, I'm thankful that I'm a member of the very "inexpensive annual $10 donation of product" team. It breaks my heart when I see people tear up old homes on some, but not all TV Reno shows. The next time my contractor is able to work here, I'm going to recommend that they take all of their "unused but still good materials here". Thankfully, TLD (at 2 N. Kresson St., in Baltimore, MD 21224) sells fantastic products from "what was truly back in the day" at Extra Low Prices. Such a small staff, still running fast.
