I have called a few times to inquire about this but was told each time that the estimate "was coming soon". I called back on the 14th and spoke with someone. After explaining that I was still waiting on something (even a verbal) I was interrupted and with a very condescending frustrated voice told "Mam, we are doing the best we can. We are busy." A simple estimate should not take over a week and the client should never be spoken to in this manner. If you are looking to have something done in a timely manner, unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. Very unprofessional.

I turn off the valve under the sink to prevent further dripping. I ordered a nice new one from Amazon for about $40.00. I asked around Yelp for a quote for faucet installation. I didn't need an in home consultation. I just wanted a plumber who could get the installation done next day cause I didn't want to wait. Nothing else. I know some places would want to upcharge and talk me into other stuff. Others take electronic payments and not cash or check. Others would take days. I just wanted installation cause I ain't a plumber and I am not handy. I would be the worst handyman ever. Next Day Toilet Replacement contacted me here and via text. They take personal checks or cash. And they could do it the next day. They had no Yelp reviews. Hmmm.... But they do have a Yelp guarantee. There was a flat fee for installation of kitchen faucet. It might be a little high but I am not sure. Whatever, just seemed reasonable to me and I wanted it over with and done. The owner texted me that his guys were a little behind due to traffic. I can understand cause Silver Spring to Tysons is a mess. They eventually got here (pretty much on time). They took off their shoes before coming in but it wasn't necessary. I appreciate the thought though. I told them what needed to be done. The assessed what needed to be done, left to get the tools from the van and worked on removing the old faucet and installed the new faucet. They added some sealant under the sink to prevent future leaks. Overall, it took about 40 minutes and they were done. They explained what they did and asked me if I had any questions. They were pleasant and professional. Worked on the install and removed the old stuff and trash. The only issue I had was the floor was wet with some water and the guys didn't wipe it dry before leaving. Not huge but its the little details. The owner told me he would send me an invoice and guaranteed the work. Will wait on that.... But overall, I am satisfied. Fast service. Good communication. Quality work/labor. Moderate price. Not a huge company. Mom & pop business. Accepts cash/personal checks. 4/5 stars.

Since she's a member of Angie's List, she volunteered to look me up a few reliable plumbers in the area. The first name she gave me was Mr. Jackson from Reliable Home Improvements. I called him on a Monday and spoke to him about possible resolutions to my plumbing issue. We decided that Thursday morning between 9-9:30am would be the perfect time for him to stop by and inspect my issue. I remember that I specifically asked him if I needed to call him back to confirm my appointment with him later that day. He said, "no, I have you on my calendar, but if their is a problem, I will call you back." I thanked him and told him I'll see him Thursday. Well, Thursday rolls around and I didn't hear from, nor did I see Mr. Jackson. Extremely unprofessional! I worked from home that day, so thank God I didn't have to take off, but it was still an inconvenience. Why on earth is it so hard to find honest, competent and reliable plumbers? This is a give and take situation. I pay for a service, you fix the problem...plain and simple. I wasn't asking to fix the problem for free, I was a paying customer! Moreover, if he wasn't available, a simple call to reschedule would've been the proper thing to do. Two weeks to the day and I still haven't heard back from this company. Horrible customer service! Take it from me and don't even bother contacting this company. My sister suggested that I call him back, but I refused because it's plenty of plumbers in the area that are willing and able to assist me. I found one too, he fixed my issue lickety split and was very professional! One and DONE!

When I needed my old water heater to be replaced, Vadim was prompt and got to my house in a couple of days with a new water heater! During the installation, Vadim and Peter discovered several plumbing code violations that had been overlooked for years and corrected every one of them. They installed the new water heater, shutoff valve, expansion tank, and pressure reducing valve, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond. They reconfigured the exhaust vent because it was too close to flammable materials, replaced my bathtub overflow gasket at no extra charge, and even inspected my recently installed HVAC system to make sure it had been installed correctly. They treated my home with respect, cleaned up thoroughly when the job was complete, and kept me informed throughout the process. It's hard to find contractors who are this honest, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I will be hiring them to build my basement and I feel I am in good hands!! I highly recommend Perfectum to anyone in Rockville/ North Bethesda, Maryland looking for a reliable plumbing company.

He came on short notice (water heaters are always an emergency) and advised me to replace the pressure valve and the main shut-off. His work was very professional. Just a couple of days ago I had Vadim and Peter come back to install a new kitchen faucet and a new garbage disposal with an air-button system. They also fixed a couple of our toilets that were leaking, and capped a gas line that we no longer use since we replaced our gas range with an electric one. They paid attention to the details, and they left the work site clean and neat. I trusted Vadim's recommendations for replacement fixtures, and he shopped for them, checking first with me before he made the purchases.
