The main problem and downside is that they are very expensive and overcharge. Despite the Yelp page saying that the company provides a "free estimate", I was quoted $49 for the technician to travel. In addition, if I had not chosen to go ahead with the repair, the company would have charged me an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site. Making an honest living is so much more rewarding than making it dishonest living.

They had to come back out to repatch my foundation which was leaking due to not having enough sealant in the initial repair. The technician who came to add sealant after the initial work, even stated that the product used (plastic piping) for my repair was not ideal (I was never told or relayed the differences in material strength or longevity, never given options). I expected a bit more from this company based on the recommendations that i was given.

However, as it turned out my water heater type didn't need an expansion tank, but a pressure relief valve. The tech explained the problem very clearly, installed a pressure relief valve, and was even creative by installing a pressure gauge where the previous plumber incorrectly installed an expansion tank.
