Both were very old and therefore there was the usual peripheral work on pipes to ensure no other problems remain after completion of the project. I was very impressed with preparation which included an extensive examination of plumbing in the area. Severaldefects were found and their relevance well explained to me. Scheduling was very simple and they fit it to my availability so I may view and inspect the work. Work was done quickly, no problems after a week, Both project areas left actually cleaner than before they began. both individuals performing the work were professional and ensured I was satisfied with their work and answers to my questions. I called many companies about my leaking hot water heater but after talking to them I could tell that they were more knowledgeable than most I talked to... especially about the requirements for an install in Howard County MD. They had great respect for our safety during this time of Covid and were very professional and neat. I phoned Gary at 2 p.m., for an emergency water heater valve leak issue that postponed the installation of a new refrigerator. He arrived an hour later. I was impressed that he was able to arrive so quickly (driving from Severna Park to Bowie). Wearing a mask! He explained the issue, and how he would replace the valve. I called Slo Flo about a leaking toilet they came out within two days and diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts needed and were very reasonably priced. They also fixed an issue in the basement shower that a previous company had come to fix and had failed to do so. Wish I had found them before I had two new bathroom faucets installed by some one else at a crazy price. He was very polite friendly and punctual and returns phone calls.
