I experienced difficulty when I tried to replace the MO as the holes in the MO and mounting bracket didn't align. With a bit of frustration I returned the MO. Amir was accommodating and immediately agreed to a return, but he also offered some insight and I decided to try the install once again. With his insight the replacement went without a hitch. Some of the items may have minor cosmetic damages such as a dent. The store run tests on them to make sure they are fully functional. Those appliances are under the manufacturer warranty, and I believe A4L also offers warranty. 2. Knowledgeable Staff: The sales associates were friendly, helpful and well-informed about the products. Michael, the store owner, helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each options and we decided on the refrigerator, washer and the dryer that are not only beautiful but also functional for my family's needs. 3. Fast Delivery: The store offered delivery, which was a huge plus for me. What to consider: 1. Cosmetic Flaws: like I mentioned earlier, some of the discounted items had minor scratches or dents. I pulled the old motor off to get the amperage and RPMs, but then had trouble finding someone that would sell me a replacement. I finally found these guys and the price of the motor seemed very reasonable (1/4 HP, 1075 RPM, $65 + tax). They cautioned me to ensure power was off and to take pictures of the wiring, both of which I had already done, but I appreciated them giving the advice. Word of advice: I got the AC back up and working with only one hitch, the fan rotation was wrong. I noticed it felt hot while standing next to it and didn't think that was normal, a quick internet search confirmed it. The motor was turning the wrong way, blowing air down and into the compressor unit instead of up and out. A bad capacitor will apparently cause the motor to turn in the wrong direction, but in my case, the motor is reversible and I just had to swap the yellow and black wires.

I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled my account. I had been a customer for…read morealmost a year and was enrolled in auto-pay. Unfortunately, I forgot to update the card on file, which caused my payment to fail. However, at no point did anyone call, email, text, or otherwise notify me that my account was past due. What makes this situation even worse is that I called to schedule a service appointment for my dryer. Nobody mentioned a past-due balance. Nobody said, "We can't service the appliance because of your account status." Instead, they sent someone out, and the technician took the washer and dryer without any warning. It felt like the goal all along was to repossess the appliances rather than give me a fair opportunity to correct the billing issue. If I had known there was a balance due, I would have paid it immediately. Why would I call for a service appointment if I knew my account was delinquent? The lack of communication was unacceptable and felt incredibly deceptive. To make matters worse, the woman I spoke with afterward was incredibly rude. She told me I couldn't speak with anyone else because she was "the only one there." She made dismissive comments such as, "We don't send emails for balances," and even suggested that if they had warned me ahead of time, I would have locked my doors to prevent them from taking the appliances. I found that comment insulting and completely unprofessional. She then put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes, only for me to call back and speak with another employee who was much kinder and more helpful. While they eventually agreed to remove some fees, the damage was already done. After this experience, I chose to pay more and rent from a different company because I refuse to continue giving my money to a business that operates this way. Customer service, communication, and transparency matter, and this company failed on all three. I would not recommend them to anyone.
