He was calling them before they closed around 2-3 min before and instead of ANY courtesy she ended up running out of the warehouse!! she was running out to her car as fast as she could at 7 pm and she saw my husband with trailer there. She purposely didn't answer the phone while still inside. I would not recommend any of the auctions the items are not packaged well at all. It's not "overstock" it's broken and by time their employees who could care less and probably hate their job get their hands on packaging you'll end up with junk that doesn't work. They handled everything and sifted through it all; putting items for sale that could be sold and throwing away what could not. They even did a complete clean out of the home afterwards.
