Moreover, he was kind and patient with all our baggies full of mixed jewelry. Thank you, Ariel! Such a great painless experience! (for us LOL)

I experienced difficulty when I tried to replace the MO as the holes in the MO and mounting bracket didn't align. With a bit of frustration I returned the MO. Amir was accommodating and immediately agreed to a return, but he also offered some insight and I decided to try the install once again. With his insight the replacement went without a hitch. Kirk at Appliance Associates had the Speed Queen units I wanted -- a matching front-load washer and…read moredryer -- right on his showroom floor! The transaction went smoothly. He wanted to be certain that the "Ten Year Parts and Labor Warranty" special advertised on Speed Queen's website applied to the washer (he worried that it only applied to the dryer) so while he waited for confirmation I went around the corner to eat lunch. When I came back, he had the paperwork for that special deal (if purchased by Sept. 30, 2019) for BOTH units, so I signed on the dotted line. The units were delivered two days later and the installation crew was courteous, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was working right. The units have been running beautifully, and when I registered them with Speed Queen I received the Ten Year Parts & Labor Warranty I was looking for! It'll be nice not to have to spend a penny on repairs for the next ten years. I'm SO glad I didn't go to one of the big box stores, because my first instinct was to replace my old Maytag Neptune units with new Maytag machines, but Maytag simply isn't what they once were. If you want reliable quality, you go Speed Queen, and Appliance Associates was a great place to buy the best (and at prices BELOW what anyone else, even on the Internet, were offering!).

A4L: A Budget-Friendly Option for Quality Appliances and Service…read moreI recently visited Appliances 4 Less Austin after purchasing an older home. I spent most of my money fixing up the house so my budget for appliances is limited. I'm so happy that I found what I needed within my budget at A4L. I highly recommend this store for anyone shopping on a budget and don't want to suffer quality. What I Loved: 1. Affordable Prices: The biggest draw is, of course, the discounts. Many items were priced significantly lower than big-box retailers, even with the crazy Black Friday sales going on. The reason for the low price is mostly because those appliances are open box items. Some of the items may have minor cosmetic damages such as a dent. The store run tests on them to make sure they are fully functional. Those appliances are under the manufacturer warranty, and I believe A4L also offers warranty. 2. Knowledgeable Staff: The sales associates were friendly, helpful and well-informed about the products. Michael, the store owner, helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each options and we decided on the refrigerator, washer and the dryer that are not only beautiful but also functional for my family's needs. 3. Fast Delivery: The store offered delivery, which was a huge plus for me. What to consider: 1. Cosmetic Flaws: like I mentioned earlier, some of the discounted items had minor scratches or dents. While these didn't impact functionality, it's something to consider if aesthetics are important. 2. Variety of brands: while there is a decent selection of good brands such as LE and Samsung, you may not have as large of selection as those big box retailers. Verdict: A4L is an excellent place for anyone looking to save money on appliances without sacrificing quality. While the trade-off may be minor cosmetic issues, the savings are worth it. I'll definitely return for future purchases!
