Estate sale came after house was sold, I interviewed several companies. Some people I spoke with about our situation said it was all the same but I'm here to tell you - it is not. I won a no reserve auction from them and when I showed up to pick up my item they refused to give it to me because "it sold for too low". That's not how auctions work. As stated in their terms, its a legally binding contract once the auction ends. They charge non-paying winning bidders fees and go after their credit, but they don't hold themselves responsible for their own auctions.
