Estate sale came after house was sold, I interviewed several companies. Some people I spoke with about our situation said it was all the same but I'm here to tell you - it is not. Nearly seven thousand dollars, and they couldn't be bothered with proper hardware. But the crown jewel of incompetence? One of the plates was installed with a razor-sharp edge on the playing surface--a genuine safety hazard that could slice open anyone's hand. I contacted Jim Teggeman immediately. What followed was a masterclass in how to treat paying customers like an inconvenience. Multiple trips to their store. Endless empty promises that someone would "come out and fix it." Each visit, I was met with the same dismissive attitude--as if I were the problem for expecting a functional, undamaged product. It's now been over a month. Not a single issue has been addressed. Not one. This company took my money, delivered garbage, and then couldn't even be bothered to fake concern. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the thousands of dollars.
