It was mostly clean, restaurants were available in several places and plenty of parking available all around. We spent over 3 to 4 hours in this outlet. They had a good mix of high-end and local brands I bought items from Hurley, Cole Haan, Johnston and Murphy, and the Nike outlet store. I didn't expect to shop so much, but the stores really had good stuff. Most stores had sales offers and prices were good, but they all had an 8% sales tax. We even found a store that had every item on sale for $2 each. Staff members in all stores were friendly and helpful. One annoyance was the small opening they had on the sun roof shades. Literally every chair next to one of those had bird poops. Some bird poop actually fell on my wrist, while I was standing under one of the openings. From that point, I was overly conscious of being near any of the chairs under the open sun roof.

It's about 45 min drive from downtown Austin. Not a big outlet but good stuff in the collection…read more We went in a bargain store everything $2. That was such a steal. My friend found out her $2 shirt is $20 in Target. They also have designer brands such as Coach, Kate Spade. Multiple sports brands. Staff are nice and friendly. The outlet is clean. Bathroom is clean. Seats and benches for visitors. Overall a great spot for shopping.

I have been to The Domain once before years ago shopping with my friend while visiting Austin…read more We came back again to kill some time and do some high-end shopping before I had to head to the airport. A few newer shops I hadn't seen since my last visit and a few others that have since closed, but the old loves remained including the amazing Restoration Hardware here that is FOUR stories and loaded with every pretty thing you could ever want. Also some higher end jewelry stores like Gucci and David Yurman here. This is a huge complex with several parking decks and areas and it was extremely crowded by around noon-1pm on a Sunday. Great place to have lunch and shop - that RH is the thing of dreams!

I spend a great deal of time at The Domain. I asked myself why while I was back at the Domain…read moreagain today. The Domain is now a sought-after destination - where shopping (casual and high-end), dining, night life and other fun experiences converge. You can go shopping, meet a friend for happy hour, or do something completely fun and adventurous in the course of the day or evening. One of my Finance groups hosts a monthly Finance meeting at The Domain. Shopping...some of my favorite fun stores are at the Domain such as J. Crew and Anthropologie. I love these two stores because they have unique goods at great prices, in general, and specifically, have amazing sales. If you are a big baller, you can shop at stores like Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Tiffany's and whole host of other high stores. I'm a tiny baller. Smile. Dining - At the Domain you can get reasonably priced foods to high end fare. Some of my favorite places to dine in the Domain include Glorias, Flower Child, Paul Martin's and Haywire. Important to note, most restaurants have great happy hours and associated amazing prices. Nightlife - Some say that The Domain (especially on Rock Rose Avenue) is the new 6th Street (known for its bars and Live music). I would not venture out that far. However, if you want to party in the wee hours of the night, you can do it at The Domain. Fun Experiences - You can transport yourself to fun such as IPIC movie theatre, Museum of Illusion or the Battle of the Games. Last weekend I discovered the Barkin Creek Dog Kitchen & Bath...so, The Domain is not only for humans. Love The Domain...I am sure I will see you there!

When you plan to visit any outlet, make sure to carve out a good chunk of your day lol…read more Lots of walking, and here you may have to cross an intersection to get to another section of stores. It's not often that I get out here, little out of the way, but my fave go to stores are Adidas and the Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma Outlet. Adidas have always been my fave athletic shoe and here they continue to have great deals. Scored a cool chunky grey pair. Extra deals for military/teachers/healthcare. Williams Sonoma/Pottery Barn The best of both worlds under one roof! Bought a wonderful pull out organizer for a cabinet and an awesome Pottery Barn comforter. Bumped into a customer that buys all her comforters here and swears they last forever. Honestly, I love my new comforter- so soft and it fits the bed perfectly! One store I do not recommend, Burlington Coat Factory. What a complete disastrous messy store. It's an embarrassment... Make sure to arrive early in the day... parking gets busy.

This was actually an outlet shopping center that opened back in 1977 and in 2012 was bought out, keeping it an outlet mall with rebranding. The outlet has a lot of stores, it's well-maintained with lovely architecture, outdoor seating areas, vegetation, and ample parking.

My friend was looking for clothes for her oldest son so we cruised on in to check it out. I immediately noticed ALOT of Arizona Jeans clothing on the men's side, MMA (who wears this crap), Southpole, Lucky Brand, and some clothing brands I've never heard of. Decent prices with jeans being around $15, shirts for $10, and shorts in the middle at $12. Not bad, but I didn't buy a thing. The real story here was one shopper. This bitch went ballistic on a teenage cashier and the manager. She accused the manager of intentionally blocking her in an isle; then basically threw here selections at the cashier. Then, screamed at her when she wasn't paying attention to her every word. The cashier was assisting another employee on locating a price for an item. "I usually don't complain about anything but"....usually means you do. She finally left and the cashier took a smoke break on the steps just outside. Dammit Rooster, you poo'd your pants. I was wondering why you were hiding between the jeans. Come here for great deals and a side of drama!
