The prices were less than Dyson, much more friendly and even replaced the filter and all so that the vaccum smelled fresh. Purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner very recently. I had my Kenmore canister vacuum repaired and serviced here in the past along with a dog groomer blow dryer. The service and repairs are exceptional. I have so much confidence in this business that it led me to replace my Kenmore with my new Miele. Recently took my scrubber, which I like a lot, in for a persistent problem. A few days later Oreck Boca Raton advised me that I could pick it up. When I arrived the scrubber they had WAS NOT MINE..... IT WAS A BRAND NEW SCRUBBER IN A BOX EXACTLY LIKE THE ONE I WAS SO FOND OF!! It seems they decided that it was giving more trouble than it should and petitioned the manufacturer (not an ORECK product, they repair most all makes & models) to give me a new replacement.
