She quoted me $32 for pedicure and 48+ $15 for Ombre ~$64 for nails + $32 for pedi. I was okay with that price. At end of service, I was charged $10 to shape nail into (what I always get at regular salon as customer service courtesy) "almond" shape, $5 for applying tips (i was okay with this). However I was charged for an Ombre ($15) when in fact what i received was nail polish with glitter on tips not Ombre. It was cute but not Ombre! The h2o for pedicure was cold. I had to ask her to make it hot several times. My experience could have been an aberration but I left feeling like there was no more customer service in the experience. The ladies next to me paid $88 for a pedicure! They were up-charging every person and it was awfully uncomfortable to listen to people asking what if I only got gel? How much is that? Very uncomfortable. What if this or that??? Finally upon checking out, they give you option of 18% tip and up. There was no clear option to by-pass this. When I looked at receipt the charge was $220 (twice my bill)! I immediately said this was wrong. They said it was corrected. (I will need to monitor debit card over next few days to make sure the refund registered.) Will I ever return? Probably not and it is not because they did a poor job but rather it was the feeling that they were trying to up charge everyone for everything! And this was awfully uncomfortable for me.

Some were walk-ins and some were appointments. When it got to me, I told him I had an appointment for a full set and pedi at 10:00am and he directed me to the tablet to complete check-in. I found my name and appointment time but it still asked me to pick my services. I picked both things I needed. The two women in front of me were ushered to their spots. I waited to the side. A few minutes later, a nail tech in the middle of the floor in the waaaay back waived in my direction. I looked around before pointing to my chest and asking if she meant me. She nodded and waived for me to come over. She asked if I didn't remember her from last time, and I replied "It's my first time here.. Nobody really explained to me who I was going to work with. They only asked me to check in and I waited for further instructions." She apologized. Super kind, social, and funny nail tech. Love love love that she can hold a conversation down cause I can be a yapper. She for sure uplifted my mood after being confused. Halfway through my set, she asked what I had planned for the rest of the day. I told her "To get my toes done, too." She immediately spoke with someone and asked if I wanted to get em done at the same time. I told her I did and she reminded me that I had a lot of power in decided to do both at the same time. I appreciated it, but let her know that in general, as a new customer I felt lost because the front desk didn't help clarify who I'd be working with or confirm what I wanted done despite that I told them what I needed verbally and I selected the same things on the tablet. Prices are reasonable. I usually pay $20 for the Aloe Vera pedi and $30 for gel polish with mani. They will try to upsell you, which is common for most nail salons so I don't mind.
