I made an appointment over the phone for my eyes glasses prescription. The store is spacious and there are many eye glasses frames to choose from. I waited a few minutes and then got my eyes checked by the optometrist. It was a quick visit and then I got my prescription. They had reasonably priced frames and in my budget through my insurance. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no pressure. read more

My entire family are regulars here, my sister needs refills of her contacts, my parents needs annual eye exams, and the ever annoying driver license renewals- eye exams are all done here. All staff are incredibly knowledgeable with any eye questions and are super friendly with kids. Owners know our family by name and always asked us how we are doing. Place is clean, spacious and has some good music playing in the background. There is a public sink in the back, that patients use to clean their hands after their appointments. The comfy sofa at the back end lets people wait comfortably for the doctor. There are a wide selection of glass frames from all different price ranges and brand names. Took my father here to get his annual check up and glasses. Appointment was required due to the Covid situation. We were greeted at the locked doors with a temperature check before allowing to enter. Hardly any waiting time at all. Prescreening was performed immediately after they found his records. Waited for the optician a few minutes and exam was done. Good selection of frames covered under insurance plan. Glasses was ordered and arrived a week later. All appointment time confirmations and pick up notifications were timely texted to your phone. Staff was professional and friendly. They went out of their way to inform us about the variety of lens available thru the insurance plan and adjusting the new glasses for the perfect fit. CONDESCENDING receptionists who are not there to help you. A total I'm here to take your money ASAP so you can leave attitude on the two encounters I had with them. The service is not bad, people are nice but I regret the glasses I got here which was ~$350. My glasses that I used for 6-years snapped so I had to get a new one, and I would think my eyesight had worsened after 6 years though surprisingly my lens didn't really change significantly (according to the "optometrist" after a $30 eye exam). 6 months after I got my new glasses,I took a vision test to renew my driver license with my primary doctor which I failed... glasses weren't strong enough basically... Next, my old glasses were loose and kept slipping. They fixed the problem (before they broke) for free by adjusting it and it was perfect. But they allll highly suggested I get glasses with the stoppers or something they recommended for Asian noses so I wouldn't have this problem again. BAD idea. The hinges keep leaving heavy red marks around my nose and overtime I realized my skin became loose and wrinkly and red in that area (pores also got larger). =T Overall I wish this place was more knowledgeable and helpful for their customers so I wouldn't be having all these problems. They weren't great at answering my questions or explaining what was best. And not sure if their optometrist was a real one because my new lens they provided were not optimized. read more

I have been to this optical for a few years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone. From Felipe to the Owners themselves. The first time I went, I needed contacts for myself and they had them in stock right then and there. Then my son turned 5 and he needed glasses. He has astigmatism and I know it's not the fastest to get his lenses done. However, everyone here was super helpful and I was able to get his glasses within 20min. I've always been a fan of their glasses and sunglasses. Yes, some may be on the pricey side but it's absolutely worth it. They even fixed my ray ban glasses in the past with no charge. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I went there today for my eye appointment. The minute I walked in I was told by a man to put my mask on, which it was. He was clearly annoyed that I did not have my nose covered. He walked away abruptly shaking his head, fine he's entitled to his feelings. I then was asked to take my temperature, fine , but when I was offer hand sanitizer I said no that I don't want it. The minute I approached the counter, a woman I assume named Vivian told me again I need to cover my nose. I told her and the two other people behind the counter that I needed to breather and covering my nose makes it very difficult to breathe and that for their information I have asthma so wearing a mask in general makes it harder to breathe. Nope, that wasn't enough for them. A woman came form the back and asked to speak to Vivian. Vivian then came back to hand me with another mask and asked me to put it on! By now I'm thinking that they must not understand and are crazy to tell me to wear another mask on top of my mask! I went on to ask why, and she said because "that's what the doctor wants." With hesitation I put it on and followed the only woman with respect, professionalism, and customer service into the back to remove my contacts and see the doctor. While taken my contacts off I saw the same woman come out of a room saying that she was leaving and this is not what she signed up for. I was taken off guard, why is this woman leaving if I did everything they asked. Was she annoyed that I dare ask questions to why I'm being forced to wear two masks. While she kept getting upset, I told her that the business should be transparent with their customers about what the Covid-19 requirements are when making appointments. She went on to say that she wasn't there to "argue" with anyone and walked out. Cool, bye! I can understand their outrageous mask concerns about Covid-19 but they need to be HONEST and TRANSPARENT with all their customers. The rudeness, attitude, tantrums, and negative body language can be left at home! read more

The worst optical ever.....no quality at all & worst customer service. Now let me begin , When you are there they try to sell you all the protection layer of the lens & of course each protection layer is EXTRA COSTS and 5 months later my protection layer started to peel off so I went back there. They give me this shitty face and stupid attitude and told me "it will cost you $45 to fix ONE lens" which they never ever do ONE lens as a favor .........so don't waste your time & $$$ read more

What I love about this store is its close proximity and service. My sister, mom, and I came at separate times to get glasses, and we all had a good experience! The staff is knowledgable and kind. They offer a wide selection of brands and types, and give us plenty of time to pick the right pair. Best of all, our glasses are ready in 30 minutes to an hour. Typical eye glasses spot. I specifically went in there for a $50 pair of glasses and they try to make me pay $450 for a name brand one. I already have one and it is totally not worth the money for someone who doesn't even wear glasses often. None the less they were all nice, they lost 2 stars because of the eye doctor. Large selection of eyewear and excellent customer service. They truly go above and beyond for you. I had managed to crack my glasses frames entirely in half, down the middle making them completely unusable. I rushed to V Optical because they were close to where I live. The gentleman that helped me first was very polite. As per my request, he tried to help me order the same pair of frames to save money by reusing the lenses. Unfortunately, I was notified that the model was no longer available. Another very nice woman spent a lot of time helping me choose a pair of nice frames. I went on Memorial Day weekend and they had told me the lenses wont be coming in til next Tuesday due to the holiday. The nice woman went above and beyond by finding a pair of frames that my old lenses fit into and allowed me to borrow them for free until my pair came in. The frames that they lent me were also name brand and by no means cheap. This is my first time purchasing glasses with them and I will definitely be returning to do business with them in the future. read more

I explained several times that it was impossible to see through the left lense but they continued to argue that there was nothing wrong. JESUS CHRIST, the service here is awful. I purchased a pair of Ray Bans from this place around a year ago, and the bottom of the frames started to break (as in the glue from the lens was starting to fall apart). I call them up to see if they could help me fix it, I get a "well I don't know whats wrong with your glasses, you have to come in". I ask if I have to pay for it since it's been under a year and that I spent a good amount of money on these Ray Bans (for all I know, they could be fake. I've never had a pair of glasses break in a year). This is when all hell breaks loose and the woman answering the phone says "I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR GLASSES. IF IT'S SOMETHING WE CAN FIX HERE, WE WILL, IF IT'S BEEN LESS THAN A YEAR AND WE CAN'T FIX IT WE NEED TO SHIP IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER AND YOU HAVE TO PAY $20". Lady, I paid over $300 for these glasses plus I also paid for my eye exam there, yet you can't chip in $20 FOR YOUR STORES FAULTY GLASSES? Don't get your glasses here. Let them go bankrupt and out of business. read more

I needed to get a DMV eye test for my license renewal. Staff at the shop were friendly when I walked in but they said that the eye test would cost $35. They must be crazy, because I was able to get it done at a different location for $10 (although you can find it for $5). read more

The employees, the service, the pricing; everything was great. I went in looking for a new pair of glasses and was surprised that most pairs I looked at were priced similarly to the prices on the website of the actual glasses manufacturer. After going to so many eyeglass stores and seeing what should be a pair of $160 raybans selling for $300 I was excited to see that they were selling a pair I liked for the same price as on the raybans site. The eye exam was quick and easy, and I only had to wait about 30 minutes to get my finished pair of glasses, prescription lens included! They have a very large selection of both eyeglasses and sunglasses, and the store is very clean and well kept. One of the employees helped me find a pair that looked great on me, which I really appreciated. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others, and I know where I'm going back to when I need another pair of glasses. read more
