My left eye felt swollen and achy for a few days. I was finally able to make an appt to see the eye doctor on a Sunday morning. They said the ophthalmologist wasn't in on Saturday (had came in early Saturday as I know usually there is a wait to see ophthalmologist in general) and then made the appointment for the next day. Since my last exam was last year 2023 (about 7months ago or so) there was no need for a regular eye exam. Instead he asked if my vision was blurry (read the last line on the screen), he checked my eyes and helped removed some hair/debris from my eye. I looked at some glasses afterward to see if there were any new styles added after the last time I was there. I couldn't find anything last time and hoped there would be better options. I'm particular about my eye glasses as I dislike the new trend of large (round) glasses which is too big for my face. I like actual nose piece for support as I have yet met a new style nose piece that is comfortable. I prefer rectangular over round frames. After some time, my husband selected the one that became my favorite. It framed my face nicely enough that I don't look too much of a dork hahaa and ordered them. Fast forward to Monday after work, I picked up my new glasses. They made some slight adjustment to make sure it fits perfectly on my face. I was given a cleaning cloth and lens spray in a nice tote bag along with my new glasses in its pretty purple case. Thank you MK Vision. I love the service they provided. read more

Came here on a Sunday for a confirmed eye exam appointment however they said they do not take my insurance. I told them that I called a week ago to make an appointment. The person I spoke on the phone confirmed that they indeed did take my insurance and proceeded to make the appointment for me. When I get there they did not apologize for making the mistake. Instead they said I have to buy glasses and lenses from them in order to give me an eye exam. As if all eye glasses places didn't already do that. I went out of my way to make a trip there for something they confirmed. The least they could do is apologize on their end for making the mistake. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but I really have to write this one. I had a very unsatisfied experience with the people that worked there. I purchased a new frame from Prada $270 and prescribed new lenses from Crizal Prevencia $330. I asked them that I need my lens to be ultra thin. My eye prescription is bad and my lens will be very thick. It would not look nice on my new frame. 1) When I went to go pick up my glasses, the fitting was a nightmare. I was there for 30 minutes and the technician could not adjust my nose piece to fit me properly. There was more pressure applied to one side of my nose than the other side and it was giving me headache. 2) The technician was losing his patience and I can sense that he wanted me to go, so he said, "It's normal to have pressure because the bridge of your nose is flat." 3) The frame they gave me was used because the gold rim color chipped off. I told them they need to fix it. I had to wait 3 more weeks for them to order me a new pair. They did offer me to wear the ''used'' pair while waiting for the new one to arrive. BUT I declined because the "used" pair did not fit me properly and it was giving me a headache. 4) The lens came out to be SUPER THICK. It was 1 mm thicker than my old lens. They did not deliver as they promise. I went back today and told them that I'll pay extra $ to get the ultra ultra thin lens. The excuse they gave was that it's the thinnest it can be because I added "blue-violet filter". The extra coating makes it thicker. 5) I paid my balance of $355 and they didn't give me a proper receipt for it. Instead they gave me a receipt of $50 for upgrading to Crizal Prevencia read more

I like the overall ambience and the staff here were friendly. I was assisted by Momo and she was so sweet! She answered all my questions regarding what type of contacts are suitable for me and was very professional the entire time. BAD service! Not customer friendly. My husband paid for his eye examination the first time he was here. They claim his vision got better so they gave him a lower daily trial contact to try. He said it didn't feel right but they say it takes awhile for his eyes to get used to the contacts. So he tried it on for the day. Went back a week later to tell them it was too weak. So asked to get re-examined. But they said they'll just give him another stronger daily trial. Agreed to it since they were very persistent about it. Still the stronger contacts were not good. Went back a few days later. Got there at 5:40 after calling in to confirm that the examiner will still be there at that time to get re-examined since it was the third time being there. Examiner told my husband at 5:55 that he needs to get there earlier to get re-examined since the examiner leaves at 6pm. At the same time, the examiner didn't have a patient the whole time he was there. Wasted 15 minutes there when the examiner could've just examined my husband's eyes. They just shoved another pair of trial contacts until the next time my husband is available to go back again for the forth time. Hopefully then they'll re-examine his eyes and get it correct. Unless they come up with some other excuse. read more

I've been here a few times and it has always been a wonderful experience. The employees are very helpful. They were able to give me advice on which frame fits my face shape and which lenses were better for my eyes. They did not have the color I wanted so they have to order the sunglasses for me. When the sunglasses came in, they called me in to pick up my sunglasses. They also adjusted the frame for me. The place itself is extremely clean and organized. If I could give 0 stars. Paid $1.000 for the progressive glasses and I've got TERRIBLE GLASSES AND DAMAGED FRAME. I was only able to see through 1/8" tiny line. The reading area was totally blurry and everything was in oval shape. The upper area (for distance) was even worse. read more

Absolutely trashy store, workers were injunction to cheat money out of us, We compared prices on the frames and they said they had the "Cheapest prices" and would lower the prices if we could find them elsewhere for cheaper. That's false instead they would change workers the next time we came and completely deny that they've ever said that, we've even asked them to call the previous on that was servicing us she lied and said she never promised us anything. We were able to find the glasses for about 100 dollars online original price was 200+ but due to an event we were given a discount.When we went to the store in order to ask them to order for us since we prepaid they said that it's 200$ and denied us from buying it ourselves. After we had money left that wasn't used so we were able to get a "refund" of 40$ instead the next time we came to pick up our frame and glasses we were instead met with the same worker but was only given back 28$. To give more context the reason we already paid was because previous we got a frameless for our glasses when we received the final product it was very thick so we asked if we could change it they said sure but was very rude about it even thought it was their fault, they didn't tell us that if it was a frameless the lens would come out looking thicker. MY ADVICE GO TO THE STORE ACROSS THE STREET THEY IMMEDIATELY TOLD US THAT IF WE WERE TO GET A FRAMELESS THE LENS WOULD COME OUT THICKER. Also nice fake reviews from your workers. read more

My friend referred me to this place for contact lens exam and glasses exam because she said that this place had exceptional service. She was not wrong. When I walked into the store on a Friday evening a little before closing. A sales by the name of Momo greeted me with the biggest and friendliest smile. Normally, anyone would be angry at the fact that a customer walks right in before your shift ends. But this was not the case. She took her time explaining, making sure I understood everything. From checking my vision on the retinoscopy machine, to having the doctors check my vision, and picking out glasses and contacts for me. She did not rush me. Not once. It was an easy and comfortable experience. Also, she has excellent memory, I told her briefly that I don't wear clear contacts because I didn't like the way my eyes look. My prescription came out to be a weird prescription that color contacts brand didn't make. I ended up having to only get clear because she tried looking for a color contacts brand with this prescription and none had the degree I wore. If you do come to this place, look for momo!
