This day was Friday & I asked if they had time to do our nails. I stated I wanted dip over my nails manicure, gel pedicure and for my daughter I wanted gel manicure and regular toe polish pedicure. They start out really nice & great when they realize you will be spending a bunch of money & then their attitudes go down hill from there. I honestly do not have too many bad things to say about the guy who did my toes (seemed Hispanic) as he was super polite, professional, took his time, corrected anything I asked and I was overall pleased with him. The older lady (which I presume may be the owner however was another story). I asked several times if she understood my daughter wanted blue glitter on one finger & silver glitter on the other & to just keep doing every other (same for toes) she assured me with an attitude she knew what she was doing & then proceeded to do her toes the wrong color. She painted them sky blue with silver/blue glitter on top of all. I tried to verify before her fingernails again what my daughter wanted (as she is 6 years old & doesn't speak up for herself yet) & that's when the lady realizes that she messed up the toes and does not apologize but just makes a face. She did my daughter's nails & they were still wrong She did the same blue on one & blue/silver glitter on the other & rotated that. My daughter has a thing with textures & she painted the gel over her skin on both her thumbs & didn't put hardly any glitter on her pinky so I asked if she could fix it & an attitude ensued. In which she began loudly speaking in her language, making faces, & jerking my 6 year olds hands around. I said if it is a problem I can just fix it. She ignored me. My daughter was just glad to be done with her. Now is where it really gets bad. My nail guy was young and I'm thinking oh he's going to do good he's young& boy was I wrong. First off it's supposed to be a dip manicure & he did not soak my nails at all & proceeded to push & cut them super dry and cut me in several places so badly that I had to keep putting antibiotic ointment after appointment. When he cut them and I said ouch he said "I cut you" ? I said yes he just said oh and kept doing it the same way & continued to cut me. He had an attitude the entire time (later I found out it was because I was going to be his last person and he was ready to go) & he made it evident the entire time as he tried to rush through my nails as quickly as possible. He kept stacking the dip dead set in the center and not so much on the sides and when I questioned his technique and never seeing it done that way he told me I needed to trust the process as he was not done (I should have just left right there) but I was having a bad day and really wanted my nails done. He continued to try & buff the crud out of the nail polish stack he created & it wasn't quite working in which I questioned it again & he told me to wait that the polish would fix it. The polish didn't fix it and he was mad at me. I told him he rushed through my nails, cut me, & did not do a good job. He got up & walked away & started talking in his language to a young girl which I assume is the manager & she asked what I didn't like and I showed her and told her what happened & told her why I was there in which she said I was his last person & no one else could fix my nails (like are you serious.) I just proceeded to cry & said that's fine I can just leave. She tells me she will just buff the top layer off and dip it again (y'all this dip on my nails is so thick) all of them were so unkind, rude, entitled, & unprofessional (minus the Hispanic looking gentleman) & on a day I just wanted to enjoy the $177.57 that I was paying to receive a luxury service on a day I needed it & some kindness (I tipped the other guy more in cash due to his kindness and professionalism). I just cried as the lady "fixed" my nails by stacking another layer of dip on & asking a few times if it was good. I didn't look or care anymore at this point & just cried (she could have cared less) neither of asian guy or girl would check me out & instead had the Hispanic guy do it. I sat in the parking lot & called my boyfriend & cried another ten minutes in my car in the parking lot. update today is just Thursday, and the polish has already broken off on my index finger due to the poor craftsmanship and thickness of the dip. read more

Just to start off with I've had my nails for four days and three of them have snapped off. He put such a thin layer of acrylic on my fingernails to where I could still see my tips. I am very upset. He put all of them on crooked. This is my first time getting acrylic nails and even I know that they shouldn't be put on crooked and they shouldn't snap off within four days. He said over the phone they would be $63 and then after he put all the acrylic on and finished my nails he said it would be 90. I feel like I've been scammed. I would not recommend this place. If I could give them zero stars, I would. My daughter had work at 4pm and I wanted to make sure they had time to give her a hot stone pedicure and give her nails without rushing and how long of a wait it would be. It was around 11ish when I called. They told us to come up and they could take us. We only live a few minutes from their store and arrived quickly.We sat there for almost an hour and they were not that busy at all. They took me first-my daughter treated me to a manicure- and the lady that was sitting in booth one treated me like garbage. She kept going on and on about how I did not want a regular mani, I wanted gel. No I did not. She kept berating me and I finally said I just wanted clear polish. She had a ring on and while she was massaging my hands and arms, she was hurting me. She said about not knowing her own strength. I said no, you need to take the rings off! I am in my fifties and I have had plenty of manicures. No one has hurt me nor been so rude to me. They talked my daughter into gel dipped nails, charging her way too much money. Too add insult to injury, her nails began popping off within a week. We will NEVER go to this nail salon, ever again. They are greedy, rude sharks. read more

Was charged 65 for a fill in and nail repair, and the whole time the guy is telling me that the first place I went to did a bad job, but he didn't do a good job either, he was unnecessarily aggressive and kept throwing and pulling my hand. He was moving too fast I guess trying to show off and he made 5 of my fingers (cuticles) bleed. He started filing my nails down while I was getting my toes done, and got the dust all over me, and didn't offer a towel so I could dust myself off. The woman who did my toes did an excellent job however and actually took her time to make sure everything looked good, and actually dusted me off when the other guy just walked away and left it on me. I have been to most of the nail salons in the area and do my own acrylics at home and this is definitely the worst set I have ever gotten. Not only were the employees extremely rude, but they also did a horrible job on my nails. I went in to get an acrylic full set with designs and paid $75. When I left that evening I took a close look and the acrylic was already chipping, way too thin, and uneven. I went in the next day to get them fixed and he put dip powder over the acrylic when I asked for another layer of acrylic and then used regular nail polish for my design when I payed for gel. The normal nail polish design had a gel top coat over it, causing the design to chip away the next day. I called to ask for a refund for the design and he was very rude and yelled at me. This nail salon is typically pretty busy, and for great reason! The staff is all very friendly and my nails always look great when I leave, no matter who does them. I would like to shout out Alex in particular. I always bring him an inspiration picture for my nails and he always delivers! He's always up for a challenge and also does great freestyle work. I was in town for the Thanksgiving holiday, needed a mani BIGTIME and happened upon this salon. I was greeted warmly, and had a relaxing sit down with a great manicure. The salon is large and clean and pretty standard. Mani was $15 which is inexpensive to me (I'm from NYC and live on Miami Beach) and most likely regular to many other folk. All good. He asked me to get out of his chair and said he couldn't service me. I've never been treated so poorly. This place is filthy. The woman who did the pedicure took out a pencil box with nail tools in it that were not cleaned or sterilized. There was no massage with the pedicure at all. And it is more expensive than most pedicures in the area. They set a timer to do the pedicure and when it goes off, they are done regardless of whether the service is complete. This was my go-to salon a few years ago, but I just returned for the first time in a while. Very disappointed to say that I won't be returning. I went in asking for a specific type of manicure and somehow got pushed into a different one (a less expensive one, and one that I'd specifically said "I don't like that kind"). By the end, the only thing about my nails that was correct was the color- wrong length, wrong shape, etc, after requesting things be fixed or changed multiple times. The manicurist actually stood over the counter and watched me fill out my CC receipt and tip. Definitely my own fault for not insisting even harder on things being done correctly, but by then, I was ready to be done. I have to add that I overheard another patron near me being spoken to pretty disrespectfully regarding services and prices. I am such a big fan of this place!! I have been going here for two years and recruited several girlfriends to go with me and they also are still going. I don't think it is anymore expensive than other nail salons, its certainly no high end salon pricing. It is always so clean and the only complaint if I had one is there is sometimes a wait. Which is generally the case for any good nail salon. They do take reservations, and I have never had any issues with waiting when I made a reservation. I also usually request Lee Ann, who does the dip gel the best I have ever had my nails look. She is so thorough and just all around really sweet. We had a reservation for 6 mani-pedis, they reserved chairs for us, but not technicians. Some of us sat with out feet in the water for nearly 40 minutes. I happened to be the first one helped. Jenny did my pedicure, then she did my manicure, and then she went to help the last girl in our group. That's how long she sat with her feet soaking. Jenny did an ok job on the pedicure, but my manicure was sloppy, really thick, and applied too quickly so it had bubbles. I showed her the bubbles and she said she would do another coat. That won't fix it!! I asked her to do it again. It was sloppy again and she wasn't even totally covering my nail with polish. I asked her to and she said she would do another coat... But I insisted she cover the whole nail on both coats so it would be even. Should I really have had to ask for that from a professional nail salon?!?! And the massage on both pedi and mani was practically nonexistent - maybe 10-15 seconds each arm/leg. Overall, price is too high, quality of mani-pedi is low, business organization (reservation readiness) is poor. Overall, find another nail salon, this one isn't very good. read more

Came in to get my nails done two days ago. I've been doing the dip powder for almost a year and I've never been to a place that's rushed the process as much as this place did. I came in and was immediately greeted and was seated and let my old dip soak off. I got it all off for the most part but there's always some that you have to file to get off. I waited for about 10 minutes and then I was called to a chair to get my new color. Normally when I get my nails done they file the excess off, cut my cuticles, and shape the nail before. Not this time. The girl immediately went in with the powder and no clear coat or anything before. She shaped them after the dip was done which left the sides of my nail with no color on them. Some of the nails were extremely crooked and I had to go home and fix them myself. I wasn't gonna write this review but two days later the nail is already coming up off of my real nail and snagging in my hair and stuff. The place was very friendly but I don't think I'll be back because of the lack of attention to detail and how much they rushed doing my nails. I went in for a pedicure today because they were open late . The girl who did my nails barely spoke to me and used a nail file on my skin around my toe so much so that I actually started to bleed. She pointed out the blood to me and then continued to work . She did not put on gloves or preform any first aid. She did not clean up the blood or dispose of any of the tools used . Some metal tools can be properly disinfected but brushes files ect. Cannot . I am glad I do not have a disease to spread but I didn't feel safe or clean. I wish I never went there .
