We were greeted when we walked up and asked if we wanted water. Then we were immediately taken to the room. The ambiance was perfect. My masseuse was friendly. Before the service, she asked if I needed her to focus on any areas and what type of pressure I would like. She's checked during the massage to make sure the pressure was right.
