Within hours he responded back promptly, asking specific questions about the issues at hand and communicating was no problem at all. The next day, he arrived and checked up on everything and had them fixed. I've rented in many places and to have management that is this responsive was refreshing! Last month, husband and I made the decision to move out and we contacted Rick but due to the current pandemic, there was a slight delay in him getting back to us. My family has lived next to one of their managed properties for years. During that time, we've watched the property steadily decline while dealing with repeated issues that affected the surrounding homes (drugs, vermin, deteriorating home/yard). My wife has contacted the management company numerous times, to their credit, they acknowledged our concerns but didn't address them. The final straw was a trailer on the property catching fire, requiring firefighters and law enforcement to respond to our cul-de-sac. Thankfully, no one was hurt and my property wasn't damaged, but it shouldn't have taken something this serious for the condition of the property to become impossible to ignore. Managing rental property isn't just about collecting rent--it's about protecting the investment and being a responsible neighbor to the surrounding community. Based on our experience, this company failed to do that.
