I must say, they did an AMAZING job! My car was extremely dirty (inside and out) and I honestly feel like they brought my 2013 Infiniti G37 back to life! They took their time and put as much care into my car better I have and that's something I really appreciated! They got out all the dirt and stains on my leather and dashboard and they removed all the dust that built up. I was practically sliding in my seat in turns from how clean it was. My rims and tires are as shiny as I can remember them (removed all dirt and brake dust). They got all the dirt and crumbs that fell through the cracks as well. I explained the situation upfront and their quote was reasonable, so I went ahead because we were able to link up an appointment same day. They arrived on time and prepared with their own gear and water and electrical supply. Super professional and polite! They were attentive to follow my instructions to call me direct and not ring the doorbell because people were napping in the house. Unlike the other reviews I received a subpar service that left me being feel deceived. I contacted them for an interior detail which includes seat and floor shampooing and door sills cleaning. After one hour I was told the job is finished but when I asked why the floor is not cleaned they responded that the floor was clean and if I want they can vacuum it!!! I asked them to shampoo as it was included in the service. They agreed to shampoo it, I went back home and after 9 minutes they told me that they shampooed the carpet/floor! I attached the carpet's photo, as you can see neither the black dirty part is shampooed or cleaned, nor the carpet is vacuumed. The black dirty spots that you see on the seat I cleaned myself with a simple cotton pad and a 70% alcohol. I won't comment anymore on the door sills as the pictures are wore more than words. My last cleaning service was done by quite professionals and it took more than 3 hours with impeccable results. I'll never return for their service and suggest you to look for true professionals that respect your trust and value your hard earned money. read more

The Fortunata team did a fantastic job on two vehicles for my family. One of them was a very dirty BMW M3 that needed a lot of love. They spent a good amount of time polishing the car after the first wash and clay bar treatment and a final wash before drying and blasting the cracks with air to get the water off. After the guys were done the M3 now has a show room shine and looks fantastic! The other vehicle they worked on was a Yukon XL Denali that transports 3 kids and a big dog every day. The Denali had just come back from a road trip so it needed extra attention. When they were done it also has a show room quality shine and looks awesome! The guys ended up working past sundown and were actually prepared as they had brought lights so they would be able to get the quality of work they stand behind. Thanks again guys! I had a whole four-cup carrier of Dutch Bros coffee drinks spill on my passenger seat floor. Unfortunately, I was on a business trip at the time, so wasn't able to get it cleaned for a few days and just did my best to dry it with paper towels, then threw a whole box of baking soda on it.
