Upon arrival these guys were friendly and very informative. They assessed the situation and let me know the fan in the unit had been completely destroyed by something getting into it. Both of my outdoor AC unit and the indoor funace/ac were 20 yrs old and not functioning well to begin with, then it started making a rattling sound and was super loud then it just stopped completely, which is the reason I called. Chase was very helpful showing me my different options and explaining the difference between them all, he offered the option of financing and helped me through the payment process and explained clearly when I asked about thier cancelation policy which was as simple as if you cancel then u are refunded your deposite in full no questions asked. The delivery of the unit was complicated as I am the middle unit in my complex so They brought in a crane and Regie helped the incredible operator direct it onto my back deck with no damage to my gutters and precision of placement, he put the new unit in place and had the old unit removed again by crane which is quite a task but such an amazing option to have especially in my situation. He also removed my old furnace/ac in the basement and brought all new equipment down for the following morning. He was a one man show on this job aside from the crane operator, I'm assuming because of the 4th of July the day before, and he crushed it!! The next day Todd and his partner showed up early and orked diligently and effectively! They we're able to come up with solutions with the thermostat and wiring that saved me some dry wall repair, which I greatly appreciate!! Overall my experience was very positive and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and trustworthy team of employees and buisness!

Several weeks ago I made an appointment for a general routine furnace and a/c inspection and service. They booked me for 6/18...I asked for an early morning appointment and was advised that the closest they could come would be an 0800 to 1100 window. Had not heard anything from them until 6/18 when I called them at 0900 to see if I was scheduled...they confirmed. At 0955 they texted me to advise the tech was running late but would be there shortly. I texted back and asked how many calls the tech had made that morning. I received no response. No one ever showed up. At 1100 I called to reschedule as I couldn't wait around any longer for them. They suggested that I not reschedule as they were several weeks out and couldn't get to me until il mid-August. I couldn't believe that...a long time customer who purchased a full system from them 9 years ago...who has had them service my system every year for both heating and cooling...and this is how they think they should solve a problem that they created. They have absolutely zero problem wasting customer time, and make absolutely no effort in trying to remedy a situation in favor of the customer. I told them that I was taking my business elsewhere. Maybe there has been a change in ownership and/or management, but whatever it is, I'm staying away from them...far away.

As part of a Home Warranty call, a different company came in, barely spoke, provided no facts, left, and I got a notice that the evap coil was so dirty it needed to be replaced... $3,000 please I asked for a second opinion because something wasn't adding up. In comes Utah Heating and Cooling, and their epic technician Orson (hope I don't embarrass him). This gentleman worked his tail off in 95 degree heat to diagnose it properly. He provided clear explanations, and had charts and data to validate. Behind that he was extremely professional, and patient. I don't know if this is possible, but if you happen to need a service called managed through AHS, do yourself a favor and convince them to send Utah Heating and Cooling. I immediately called my home warranty company. The next day an individual came out from Utah Heating and Cooling. When he entered my home there was no greeting or identification. He had an unpleasant attitude. I directed him to the furnace and explained Enbridges findings he sharply responded those people don't work for Enbridge they are sales people! What in the world, Enbridge didn't send salesman to assess the gas smell. Next without prompting he stated his customer was the home warranty company. Well that's interesting, I Paid for that warranty and the service call so I AM YOUR CUSTOMER. I was extremely uncomfortable, he seemed as though he was angry over something pre visit and brought his unprofessional poor attitude into my home. I immediately called my home warranty company to express my deep concerns. In short I asked him to leave, with two children in the home I felt disturbed. Trusted my instincts. While he vacated I noticed he wasn't driving a company vehicle rather a private mini van riddled with dents. Not what you'd expect from a licensed, and insured company. Or are they? A quick analysis of our furnace revealed that the problem was a dirty flame sensor. He fixed the problem easily and offered some useful suggestions about furnace maintenance and replacement, should that be needed in the future. He was courteous, prompt, and responsive. The bill was fair and much lower than I'd initially feared. I found Fisher HVAC to be a reliable and honest service provider that I would use again and would not hesitate to recommend to others!

Consumer beware... this company serviced our furnace in the attic and right after they left…read more(unknown to us) the furnace started leaking as the condensation pipe they had blown on during their 'tune up' they unfortunately jarred apart and it started to slow leak condensation into our walls!! We gave them a fair chance to take responsibility for this before posting a bad review by sending an email and certified letter to them with repair invoices (costs we incurred) and photos of the flood damage asking for reimbursement (under 3k), but they took zero responsibility. Despite being the last ones to touch the pipe they sent me a lengthy email back blaming the people that installed the furnace five years prior when the house was built, claiming it was installed incorrectly! Can you imagine?! Mind you these people have serviced our furnace the last three years and never once mentioned a faulty installation as part of their duty to let us know if something with our furnace wasn't right!!! They came and replaced a fuse for $300, but they warned her that the unit was original with the 30-year home and it was on its last legs. It surely would break over the hot summer and would need to be completely replaced at $8 to $9k if she agreed to do it right now. Or, if she waited, she was told that it would cost more this summer. I was on the phone and heard the salesman say this. I told her to first get a second opinion because this just sounded too much like a pressure job on a single 20-something female. We had another local company come that same day and they inspected the system. They told my daughter that the system was only 6 or 7 years old--not 30--and showed her the proof. It has plenty of life ahead, completely contradicting Larsen's technician. This second company did not charge my daughter a penny to come out and said they wouldn't give her a quote because she did not need a new unit. I am so glad my daughter got a second opinion. Now I am wondering if my other two units really needed their systems replaced. Larsen has lost my trust and I won't use them again. I will not recommend them and have found a new heating/ac company I will use in the future. Honesty counts. I asked for a response from the owner and he has not written me back.
