After numerous calls to big name heating and AC companies, we were rescued by First Choice. Jamie listened and took our situation seriously, even on a Saturday! After getting it running, the technician gave me 3 options that ranged from $1700-$15,000 to get it repaired. I opted for the "basic" repair which was cleaning out 2 vacuum tubes for $260 (@#%$%@#). I called Paul Brothers and after some inspection, Scott determined there is is nothing that needed immediate attention. He also gave me some troubleshooting tips should I have issues in the future. I appreciate the professionalism and integrity that his company demonstrates. I'll be calling them if I need anything in the future.
