I came here to pick up my mail. I went on vacation for over 2 months and came back to see how full my PO Box was. No surprise, the box was very full and I also had boxes and more letters in the back waiting for me. Luckily, I came in time or else they would've dumped my stuff. I love this post office and its simply amazing. I have no complaints and hopefully it stays the same.

delivery person FAKED my signature rather than get it from me

magazines were purchased with pay pal account on ebay. seller requested for signature (if it has a sig, pay pal won't do a refund for not delivered status for buyer) a month passed, no package. i messaged seller, was informed package was attempted. oh really? i'm always home plus why not a notice left in box? called this post office. yes item was still there. do i want it delivered tmrw? yes, i stated, tell them to ring my door bell and get a signature, it is required by seller. in the afternoon, i walk outside to check my plants. package is leaning against my door, announcing to strangers its presence. not to the side, no. can't be bothered. kicker is no ringing my bell. really? no signature request? really? this is a job this person gets paid for and is blatantly negligent. this seller paid extra to require a signature. the seller is due a refund for that extra charge from this post office. the next day, today i call to speak with the manager about this haphazard approach-no first attempt, i don't believe it cause no post card, no ringing bell, i was june all day, no asking for signature though i clearly asked them in the phone yesterday to get my signature and that i will be home. it also states a signature required in the package. the CS supervisor Roddy looks into it, he indicated he sees a signature. it was FAKE. delivery person was so lazy, FAKED my signature. if this item was stolen from my door, with this FAKE signature on it, i would be out my refund with pay pal. FAKING someone signature is fraud. employed, getting paid and is negligent is handling others people's property, commits fraud and tampering with paypal procedure by this staff member-appalling. some have zero diligence. why work in postage delivery? do something else for heavens sake. do yourself a favor and do other people a favor and don't take a job you don't give a chicken butt about. should not be getting paid for creating a problem for others. postage tampering is forbidden by law. a staff tampering-wow.

And all of that's before you even get to the counter. Yes, the line gets long from time to time, but they also keep it moving. The postal clerks are helpful and good at problem-solving/special requests. I don't dread this errand, I enjoy it-and that's saying a lot. I've lived in Brandon 20 years next month and the service and facilities here have always been good. I appreciate it.

Kim and Arthur wear the title "manager," but don't let that fool you - they're glorified excuse-makers. Instead of asking "How can we fix this?" their default response is "We can't help." Honestly, I wouldn't trust either of them to walk my dog, much less run a federal facility. When leadership is that bad, the rest of the crew follows suit. Bare-minimum effort is the rule: lost packages, mis-scans, and "not our problem" shrugs are standard operating procedure. They'd rather point fingers at each other than lift one to solve an issue. $600 Gone in One Year Alone Package #1: "Temporary" carrier outright stole it ~ poof, vanished. Package #2: A carrier was too lazy to place the box in the parcel locker, so it sat in plain sight and was snatched within hours. Package #3: I explicitly asked to refuse delivery on a late shipment from a scam company located in China. Carrier dropped it anyway, then supposedly returned it. Now the tracking is a black hole and I'm out another $300. Escalation? A Joke. I spoke with "escalation area manager" Amy Alley - just another dead end. All she did was recycle the same useless apologies and pass the blame. This branch operates like a comedy skit - only nobody's laughing, especially not the customers losing time and money. If you value your parcels ~ or your sanity ~ steer clear of the Oakfield Drive USPS. It's the very definition of postal misery.

This downtown Tampa post office makes it easy, fast and actually enjoyable to do those rather mundane things. I live close enough to walk so don't have to deal with traffic or parking so that is a big mark in its favor. I can also usually time my visit to coincide with what I hope are less hectic times. Even when I have arrived to find a line of folks waiting their turns, the line has always moved quickly and I am in and out in minutes. But what really stands out is how helpful and personable the people who work the counters are whenever I drop by. That is not always the case and so I really appreciate that they make every visit a pleasant encounter. I guess you could say, every time I mail it, they nail it!

She lives in Land O' Lakes which is what the packing slip that was stuck on the box said and my receipt. I checked in with my friend today, August 21st, because I found it odd I hadnt heard from her yet. Checked the tracking # and to my dismay, my package was sent to an address in Miami and tracking said it was accepted and signed for. I dont know anyone in Miami. This means after I left, SOMEONE at this location changed my shipping label!!!! And probably sent to family or friends they know. This location is running a sham operation. I only say that because a reviewer had a similar experience to me to my dismay so this isn't the first time! I work for local law enforcement and best believe I WILL be reporting this location for theft to USPS! The cherry on top, when I called to inquire my package went to MIA, the sales rep on the phone VERBATIM said it wasnt there problem and to contact customer service and then proceeded to hang up on me!!! Do not use this location!!!!

Other than that, I wish I could give them -10 stars based on the simple fact that I came here 1 time and only 1 time to deliver a very important package to find out 2-3 weeks later that the customer I sent it to never received her package. Not only did I have to replace this entire order out of my own pocket (it ended up costing me approx $30 in materials and an additional $14 for postage) due to the fact that someone at the post office had sticky hands and kept the package for themselves (or simply threw it out). I will NEVER use this post office again!!!! Just because the package you check in looks pretty and it appears their may be something worth value inside doesn't give you the right to keep it for yourself!!! Oh and I find it very interesting that the man and woman standing in the post office (workers I assume - out of uniform on a Friday) asked me all about what I was sending and I stupidly told them. I can't help but think they were the ones who stole the package now that I think about it. They didn't even scan the package in to show they received it! No receipt, no scan, no proof which they can later say they never received it. Unfortunately, I was too busy remaking the items in that package that I didn't think about reviewing them on google until now. This package was sent several months ago and I am now just getting around to leaving a review which I wish I would have done right away so they could nail those thieves. Luckily, I haven't had any issues with my local post offices so I will just stick to the USPS stores that have been tried and true for me and my business. I refuse to step foot in this location again. It left a really bad taste in my mouth about them and I still cannot believe how they got away with not physically scanning my package in... I should have been more aware. Hopefully they will or already have hired more trustworthy workers.
