This location is conveniently located off of Westinghouse Blvd. I needed to get a money order & mail off a letter. Quick service. Helpful staff. This location still practices social distancing and other COVID-19 guidelines which is always a plus for me.

A delivery notice that they always leave.

Horrible! If I could pick who my package goes through I would. They never want to deliver to apartments and if it doesn't fit into the small mailbox they make you come pick it up. What am I paying for delivery for if I gotta come pick it up? If you're going to be big hefty and lazy and not want to do your job then maybe u should look for a new job. This isn't this locations first time doing this nonsense either it's very repetitive. They also NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE so don't even try to contact them. This location is basically the circus the way they throw your packages around make you wait 45 minutes to even talk to someone IN THE LOBBY because they are too busy playing music and talking nonsense everything about this place is horrible. Shut it down or hire a whole new team.

    I never received my order!

Terrible customer service! Yesterday I tried to track my purchase and was advised someone picked up my package. My package was supposed to be delivered to my PO Box at this location. I called the toll free number since no one at this location wants to answer the phone and was informed the slip was placed in an incorrect box and someone else picked up my package! 1. How could you make this mistake? This has never happened to me, I've been a customer of this post office for over 5 years! 2. As a customer if you know something doesn't belong to you why would you take it? I requested a call back but I haven't received a response yet!

All the mailboxes left open for anyone to take. This is not a mistake! This was intentionally done by someone. You don't forget to close.

Someone affiliated with this USPS location has been stealing my mail since at least October, 2022. it may have started before then, who knows. But that's when I noticed I wasn't getting my mail. I've had multiple replacement debit cards stolen. I've been on the phone with the postmaster & consumer affairs, since November and no one can give me any straight answers. They kept blaming the courier and needing to ask him but it seems he wasn't coming to work for days. Then the same day I go in person to complain, I come home to my complex and the carrier left over 50 mailboxes wide open! I have pictures and video. After that everything went back to normal for a while, that is until this past Saturday when another replacement debit card magically wasn't delivered. I have informed delivery so I can see when I'm getting mail and what it is. Friday's mail came, Tuesday, and Thursday as well. But Saturday's mail with my debit card (which I had to replace because of fraudulent charges), and my medical benefits card never showed up! What a coincidence! Now I have complaints with the US Postal Inspection Service, and the inspector general (OIG). I called the police! How hard is it to figure out who's behind this? I had to pay extra money to have a replacement replacement card sent thru UPS so I can access my money to pay my bills! This is so sad, unprofessional and quite ridiculous! If images are taken of my mail, but then it doesn't make it to my house, how can you not track down where along the process of delivery the culprit is lurking? It's like no one cares! I'm so frustrated and pissed off. And this is illegal to steal mail! A federal offense, is it not?

Post office locations are either conveniently located or they are not conveniently located. It seems that the one for where I live is in the latter category. Why do they expect me to drive halfway across town to pick up a package? Grrr! Anyway, I was in this particular part of town and needed some stamps. Yes, kiddies, there are still things that are best done with snail mail instead of email. Postcards, for instance. This outlet of the US Postal Service is on Westinghouse, just west/north of 160. Easy to get into, easy to get out of, they have mail boxes available in case you don't want to exit your car.

We go online and request a hold on our mail. I get my mail tonight along with three other families mail! So disorganized.

So so so disappointed! I've been going to this facility…read moreregularly for six years. Many have been bad, some good but today was an absolute disaster. I walked in at 3p, there were 9 people in front of me. I left at 340p, so 40 minutes in line, it was torture. All the talk about privatizing. Please someone make it happen. There is no regard, not one iota of concern for the wait time of customers. There was one person working, only one, there was a line out the door by the time I left. Why not at least have someone go thru the line and answer basic questions. There was one lady who didn't fill out the mail label. Instead of 'from' label part being completed first, she did the 'To' part first. An easy mistake to make. One guy was sending an overnight letter, he could not fill out the form correctly. English was not his primary language. One lady had a problem with her P.O.Box key. All the above would have reduced the wait time. The problem is NO ONE cares. They are a virtual monopoly. The ONLY way, I've found to get in and out quickly is to go early in the morning before the line starts. Unfortunately, that's not always possible.
