KELLEY Remarkable…read moreservice by this woman, during this review I'm highlighting her. After a long morning in the DMV with my 75year old grandmother, we had to make a trip to the post office. After gathering everything she needed, updating all her identification, our last stop was to get a passport for her trip. She was tired from all the commotion from the morning, and when we arrived at the Providence Post Office, we were told my grandmother needed an appointment. That was an error I missed but asked if there was any way they could assist her and we would wait however long. She was already on her way, and I knew it would be too much for her to drive to university or try to come another day. When my grandmother arrived, she was a nervous wreck because she got lost, and it frustrates her as it would anyone. Ms. Kelley welcomed us into the passport area without an appointment, and gracefully helped us. She used a very calming voice to help ease my grandmother. I stayed out of the way so that she wouldn't get confused and allowed Kelley to direct her with what she needed. After about 20 minutes, we were done. Kelley took her time, and she was not frustrated, she didn't show any anger, and smiled the entire time, and reassured my granny that everything would be ok and there was nothing for her to be nervous about. It was such a blessing to witness because at my grandmother's age so many people, unfortunately, forget how to treat elders. But this woman was OUTSTANDING, and I want it to be known that she's a phenomenal worker and and needs to be recognized amongst her peers. Thank you KELLEY
