Aboujaoude from church so we decided to check out his business. The place is in the heart of downtown, so as all know its kinda hard to find parking. We parked in the lot underground the building but you have to pay. We went up this really weird elevator and over to Elie's office. The office was just a plain office. . . .so I was a little worried about what I was getting myself into. Elie is a really courteous man. We showed him pictures of the design we wanted and told him that I like a vintage look. He brought out some rings for me to look at. There was one similar to what I wanted. I told him exactly what I wanted and he said it could be done. He gave us a pretty good deal though I dont know if its because we go to the same church. Anyway, it was a relief to finally find THE ring. My husband (then fiance) and I had looked everywhere! Big stores, little ones, online. Try this guy out. I would just like everyone to know that Samay is a very pleasant man and he seemed to listen and…read moreunderstand what we would like out of our flowers, however in the end, he did his own thing. Nothing turned out to be what we ordered and what was written on our invoice. Here are some examples: 1. Centerpieces High Vases - per sample, we agreed on at least 7 orchids hanging down from each tall center piece. Per our phone conversation you said you gave me more than 7. Wedding pictures will show that in most cases there were NO orchids hanging (I have a picture of a sample agreed on). 2. Centerpieces Low (table level) - I was very specific that NO Hydrangeas are to be present. It was also states in the contract that NO hydrangeas' in low centerpieces. Pictures will show that low center pieces had an overpowering number of hydrangeas', some roses and NO orchids; 3. Sweetheart Table - THERE WERE NO CASCADING ORCHIDS OR TULIP ROSES PRESENT which is what we specifically asked for. 4. Chuppah - original set up was NOT even close to what contract was signed for. Chiffon was dirty, chuppah set up was totally wrong, and there was no Chandelier. After making a scene, your wife and your team was scrambling to get chuppah close to what the contract states. There were a few orchids present but they were damaged and had some black spots on them, so I asked for these orchids to be removed. As for the Chandelier, it finally arrived 20 minutes to 6pm and it was pretty embarrassing to me to see your wife setting up the chandelier as the guests were arriving. The ceremony was to start at 6 pm and most of the guests were sitting in the hotel lobby waiting for our coordinator to let them know when they can take a seat for the ceremony. (hotel manager and my coordinator will vouch for that). 5. Aisle - there was no runner set up at the aisle because your wife said that it was windy. When we discussed the possible issue of wind, you said that the runner will be fixed to the floor and there shouldn't be a problem, instead it was rushed at my request and thrown to the floor by your workers because the ceremony was about to start. Also when we were discussing the contract, you suggested we have fake candles instead of real ones due to possible wind issue. I thought it was a great idea but can't blame you on this one as I didn't notice that you didn't change that item in our contract. While we were going down the aisle, it was pretty dark and the runner was all over the place because it was not double taped to the ground. 6. Boutonniers - we ordered mini calla flowers, instead we got roses. We have met at least 5 times over the past year discussing my order, sent pictures and still didn't get what I have ordered. We wasted so much time driving to your office which ended up being a waste. You seem to take on too many projects at once and end up losing the quality of the product. You weren't even present the day of the wedding to oversee everything. We spent so much money and the end product was not what we asked for. What a dissapointment.

They did not work for even a week properly. He never repaired anything and he did not attempt to rectify the situation. We were very unhappy with the work, the fact that he was reckless and unprofessional and then argumentative was too much and we PAID to have everything removed within 2 weeks of the set up! Now he's rebutting my review attempting to make it about money... he kept doing this the while time and making reference to money like we're poor or something... I think because we are black people. But we're obviously not poor and money was not the issue... He reframed a large picture for my husband and when we went to pick it up, I couldntBelieve how much more beautiful it was than the original frame job. Because of how beautiful it was, how friendly Zohar was, and how pleasant he was to do business with, I returned 2 days later to have a poster framed. I needed it framed that same day, but he was only open for a few more hours, but he still got it done! He went way above and beyond to accommodate a request most framing/picture stores would scoff at. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's also worth mentioning that his family owns and operates West Knoll Pharmacy, which is just a few doors down, and they are all just as friendly, helpful, and amazing as Zohar is at Framing Gallery.
