I changed providers just a few days into their billing period - which bills in advance. I was really surprised by their policy where I had to keep paying for another month of coverage even after canceling my service. They charged me for a partial upfront when I signed up. Why can't they refund the 'unused' portion of the month? That just doesn't seem right to me. Why should I have to pay for a service I'm not even using anymore, especially if the reason for cancelling was because the coverage/service was bad? The customer service rep I talked to only stated it was their policy. It left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down. I don't remember them telling me that 15+ years ago, that I would have to continue paying after leaving them Probably a T-Mobile decision. Many of my neighbors told me about Instawave and that they were very happy with the service. I was able to receive a signal from bouncing off of a friends place and I am so happy! I have had no problems at all and the service is reasonably priced, in my opinion. I was limited with GB usage on Verizon and my family share plan. Instawave has been an answer to my prayers!
