Because I was in haste to rid myself of my previous carrier, I made a couple of bad decisions. Most of the transactions were made over the phone. After transferring to T Mobile, Brandon attempted to rectify my problem. He spent a lot of time, patiently working with my previous carrier to no avail. From time t-mobile announced they were adding cellular one to their network I have not been able to access internet data during heavy use times in day, and cannot make phone calls. Salespeople haven't been helpful, nor have on-line technicians. read more

Trust the reviews on Yelp, not Google. I walked in and immediately noticed that it smelled kinda bad. Some guy named Victor or Vince told me that he couldn't help me replace my phone and that I would have to go to a regular US Cellular store. I went to the Clearlake location instead and they were able to help me with a new phone! read more

Best service ever! Jesse was so helpful. I was trying to find options for a new cellular plan under Verizon. He tried to think of every option possible to aid my aunt in getting into a cheaper plan with a new phone. After spending at least 30 minutes working with us, we discovered that we couldn't switch her plans and still keep her sane phone number. Rather than being upset that we took so much of his time without a sale, he gave us a few more ideas and suggestions as we went out the door. I am so appreciative of Jesse's help and support. I wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy. I moved with a fresh bunch of data and without my even being there, I exceeded my data in 18 hours. For a solid three weeks I call and nobody can explain it including supervisors I cannot believe are even employed like one named DAN. He was a treat, if it was Halloween. I finally got someone who was solid and said I need to speak to a supervisor. She listened to my problems and agreed she couldn't help but a supervisor was what I needed. It was a bit of a wait so she tells me "I promise she'll call you in 15 minutes, I promise, she's soooo good". What a fool I was!! I bought that line! I want to thank Sara so much for helping my mother & I upgrade our phones. We have been customers since they we're called North Star Cellular, so you would assume that we would have some sort of loyalty chip or the equivalency there of. Well we were wrong and after calling 611 we were still 1000 points short of us both walking away with new phones. Sara then rolled up her sleeves and went to work. Normally I do not go to this Verizon store as I have not had good service but today I stopped in for a few questions about my IPad...Haley was working with a customer and when she finished she came over to help me. I am technologically inept and she was phenomenal...took the time to explain what I didn't understand, never made me feel foolish, (which is the reason I had not been there recently)...Haley answered my questions and was absolutely wonderful! This Lakeport franchise is the worst ever! The service is always bad bad bad. The only good shister (salesman) in there is Jason IF YOU CAN GET HIM! Here it is a Friday afternoon. You would think they would have 2 to even 3 people working because of how busy it can get on a Friday! There are 3 workable stations. But no, they have 1 guy and a trainee. I had to wait 45 minutes to get help. When it was my turn they didn't have the previous notes from my last visit, The salesman told me he would pick up where we left off the following day. When I came back, he wasn't even there. so we had to waste time starting from the beginning. I couldn't supply the information they wanted that day. It didn't matter because hey, they took the info down, right? WRONG!. So I have to come back again! Now, this is going to be the 4th time! Oh ya, I forgot to mention I went in there earlier and the worker told me, "I am going to lunch." I am disabled and do not get around well. Tomorrow I have to drive myself and hope I don't get in an accident because of the lack of professionalism, demeanor, people skills & store technique the LAKEPORT STORE has. Mr Jesus Lopez, who usually works in the Ukiah office, helped my daughter and I BIG TIME! My old phone (8 years old) was deceased. Mr Lopez was very sensitive to my limited funds and my need to be connected at all times. The cheapest phone was out of stock, but he hooked me up with a better phone and showed me how it would up my monthly bill by only $3 after dropping $20 on the purchase itself. AND, while he was at it, helped my daughter save money on HER bill by applying Loyalty Discounts! We couldn't be more pleased with his help and with USCellular in general; reliable!
