He also told me that even if the system was still under warranty that because of their new license number, they would not be able to service it. I called the company Daikin) that made the system. Everything the service person told me was a lie. My system, Not discontinued, has a 12 year warranty and is still under warranty with Daikin. Daikin has all the parts and they were fairly upset to hear of the situation. Do not trust these scammers. This business is done.
