Nick came to our home this morning to clear a clog in our kitchen drain. He was very professional, as well as, very friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciate the fact that he fixed the clog in record time. My husband, Ron, and I highly recommend Arbeez Plumbing. I call Richard to setup a Sewer drain cleanout, But I later learned My Septic "Tee Line" broke off and cause Sewer to backup into our house. I called Richard again with the update and He quickly referred Me to "Action Sanitary" and was a perfect referral because They did a great job fixing our Septic System. Once repaired, I called Richard once again for actual sewer line cleanout etc. Technician Nick was absolutely Fantastic to work with! I did some prep work, And Nick quickly cleared the Clogged line. Moreover, He fixed our "Kitchen Garbage Disposal" that had glass broken inside unit. He did the repair job so fast their was "No Charge"! Then He fixed the far bathroom toilet tank that was blocked, causing slow water fill up!! He was so fast, We decided to hired Him to install our 2 new wide spread 8" center 3 piece Brass Luxury Faucets as well. Nick's 31 years as a Plumber really shined and We appreciated his polite easy going Professional "Honest Pricing & Service". 5-Star Company, Plumber Nick Highly Recommended!! I love this plumber. Always there when you need him. Even when my payment messed up and didn't go through, I was able to Zelle him the money immediately. He has a great crew of guys that work for him read more

They did a great job. Friendly, fast, and efficient. Would use again for sure. They also were very reasonably priced.

Excellent, taken care of quickly and very reasonably priced. Nick is obviously experienced, did a great job. Thank-you

I had a sink drain leak and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and replaced the part needed.

Super kind and professional!! I had a stuck shower head left from my house's previous owner and they took it off with no problem! Fair prices, good quality work, and great customer service- they even took the time to give me maintenance advice on my water heater and piping! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a friendly team to help with your plumbing! read more

Several options were given to me to help me decide and save money. They were fast and professional and the work was satisfactory and guaranteed. read more

They do good work, and will come out in an emergency. Richard, may quote one price and then after the job, he'll forgot what he quoted you and throw out another price, he's not trying to rip you off he just forgets. They are OK read more

Friendly plumbers who show up when they say they will and they guarantee their work. Prices are decent.

Once again I needed to call Richard for an emergency. AND once again, it was fixed the same day I called. The work was explained so I had no question about what would be done and the price was a lot less than I anticipated. Richard and Nick are both a pleasure to work with and it's nice to know they are only a phone call away. Thanks guys! read more

We worked on a few projects together. Fair pricing, trustworthy, and top quality work. Arbeez was the only licensed plumber around the lake who didn't try to price gouge me. To add, I certainly never expected the level of customer service and accommodation Richard and his staff provided. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my plumbing needs. read more

5 star Our hot water heater went out. We called our Home Warranty company and another company was given the job. Never heard from them, decided to call Arbeez. Richard was responsive and informative. He came out and told us the price of parts and labor would be almost as much as a new tank. BUT the parts are not arriving for 1-2 weeks. He suggested a new tank, he had and could install the following week. We chose the new tank. They arrived earlier than scheduled, kept us informed what they were doing. We were out of hot water for two weeks, but would have been longer if we waited for parts or tried to get Home Warranty company to find another plumber. We canceled that company and will always use Arbeez. Highly recommend read more

Great attention to detail. Work was done in a timely manner and the value was terrific. Thank you for taking care of my leaky bathtub faucet and replacing the parts. read more

Arbeez Plumbing was recommenced to me by my friends who own Cal-Tech Pump, they often refer Arbeez plumbing to clients. I had a pretty bad outside water leak near a water spigot. They were prompt, thorough, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I don't normally post Yelp reviews but felt Arbeez Plumbing really deserved a great review. I would definitely use them again. read more

Richard treats my property and my small family business like we are just that, family. One almost doesn't think contractors like this exist anymore. Working with him has been so refreshing. I can see how he always stays busy. He genuinely cares about doing quality work and taking good care of the customers. First he shows up on time for the bid, then he does an excellent job of explaining the issues, and last he fixes it for the original amount quoted. I have had so many contractors changes prices on me before mid job so it is wonderful to find somebody honest. I will be keeping Richard's number handy for many years to come! Thanks you Richard. Our family appreciates you. read more

I know my project was going to be tough. He said he would send me the quote email and didn't. When I inquired on the phone he said he didn't want to work with me. I was bossy. read more

Fixed our kitchen drain while he made us a good deal on a kitchen food disposal. No leaks now! And Senior Citizen discount was given.

Over the top excellent. Very skilled and professional. I would call them again. Quality service

This is a third time I use Richard at my house In Kelseyville. All I can say is that I wish I could also use his service at my Bay Area properties. Bottom line - Richard from Arbeez Plumbing is the most professional and pleasant person I had ever worked with!!! read more

Richard and Nick could not have been nicer or more professional as they worked on a very stubborn and troublesome drain clog. Highly recommended! read more

I was desperate for help and Richard solved my problem over the phone. He has a wealth of knowledge and his business is going strong without advertising. I would return to him without hesitation. read more

Great plumbers, did more than paid for. Yes, I would hire them again, very caring and professional.

Richard is an excellent resource for our plumbing needs. We have a house built in the 1960's that has needed a couple of repairs. Richard is knowledgeable and gets the job done and was not overpriced. He fixed our shower's banging pipes. The problem was only a little washer! We also had a cracked toilet he replaced. Next job is to fix the leaks under the vanity. read more

Even though Richard was at a personal event he still answered his phone to let me know he wasn't available this weekend which I truly appreciate him taking the time and will definitely be calling him again if I ever need assistance. read more

Arbeez is great. I recently had a water heater failure. When I called Richard, he advised me to try the reset first (not as obvious as it sounds), which saved me all the expense and inconvenience of a service call. When I called Ben Franklin, a service call was the only option. They both returned my call promptly, but Ben Franklin was first, so I was able to cancel them out. Richard did repair a leaky sink connection perfectly as well a couple years ago. read more

Good work and the job gets done right the first time. However he charges a lot more than other plumbers in the area, even if the work is in the same town as him in the Oaks. I almost fell off my chair one time when I got a quote for some work. read more

This is my first post on Yelp. I am writing because of my very solid and professional experience with Richard and Arbeez Plumbing. I am the type of person that likes to have a go to team for all my needs from a Realtor, Broker, Contractor, Plumber, etc. Richard has become my go to for all my plumbing needs in Lake County. Not going to get into long stories about the great service I have received.....only to say I am extremely happy with how he does business. Straight forward, prompt, reliable, trustworthy and someone who makes things right. Works for me and will work for you! read more

It would have been great if Richard's abilities were as strong as his ego! What I found was his knowledge to be limited and his unsolicited comments about non-plumbing related matters annoying. I also found his pricing to be very high (considering what I got), verified that with a few local contractors I know and trust. I've experienced much better, won't be calling Richard again. read more
