DO NOT USE US CELLULAR OWASSO STORE!!! horrible horrible customer service! I have been with US Cellular since 2003 and never have I been treated the way i was treated today. Today's customer service has me now actively searching for a new provider. I pay $600 a month for several phones and internet service, all will be switched! Went in to talk about my US Cell bill because I was being billed by US Cellular and TMobile for the same service and Skyler proceeded to tell me that he couldn't cancel a service provided by US Cellular. The same service that I "upgraded" and they put it thru TMobile (he failed to tell me that I was responsible for cancelling the US Cellular internet) when calling in to talk to someone at US Cellular she told me he had every right to call in and help me cancel said service. He was such an arrogant ass and not helpful in anyway. I asked about several items on my bill and he said he couldn't help me. Then WTF are you doing sitting there??? On Friday, I had the most pleasant cell phone purchase experience in 20 years of owning a cellphone. My salesman was Josh, he was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Caitlin, who was helping another customer was also very friendly, funny, and helped to make the experience more entertaining than a simple sales transaction. Today, I returned because I haven't been able to access my email with the phone. I believe the salesperson was named Brent and even though he and another employee were doing their best with a difficult customer who made it a point to tell everyone about her dissatisfaction with her phone, the staff was very professional, polite, and very friendly. I'm glad I switched from Sprint to US Cellular. I'm saving money and I won't forget the professionalism and outstanding customer service. read more

If there was a way that I can give zero stars I would I have been a US cellular customer for 10 years as soon as they switched everything over to 5G everything went downhill I have no service to spotty service everywhere that I go and you at the customer service representatives there tell you that if you have a 4G phone you don't have to upgrade to 5G that's a lie the service is junk don't renew your contract switch to a different carrier if it all possible read more

My wife and I both had terrible experiences with salesmen and managers here. We both were told wrong information resulting in being charged wrong prices, wrong plans, etc. We had wasted much time and many miles trying to get the phone we wanted for our plan. We were treated rotten by many managers and superviors who passed us off to one another giving wrong information. It is a long long story and a hateful experience. read more
