They could only get the phone done that day for whatever reason so I had to go back the next day to do my watch. The watch was a nightmare, they couldn't get it to connect to my account for nearly a week. And the store did absolutely nothing about it, I had to do it myself by working with the people at the ATT 800 number. Plus, a few times the 800 number people would tell me something would have to be done at the physical store, but when I went in these people never had a clue what to do. Also, it's been nearly 6 months and they are still charging me for my iPhone upgrade that was supposed to be free with my trade. This store and it's manger (Amy) have been no help at all. After many hours on the phone over the months with the ATT 800 number, on August 18 I finally found out the store clerk made an error on the original paperwork and still now, after nearly 6 months, and knowing this, the store has pretty much washed their hands of me. This is no small mistake either, it's over $1,200. Also, I have my elderly parent's phones on my account. They both need to upgrade their phones too but I'm not doing it here, and not at all with ATT if they can't fix mine. I really hate to leave ATT as a 30 year customer. It's pretty bad when the customer is more loyal to the company than the company is to the customer.

My husband and I both changed our service company over to T-Mobile and bought new phones from them. The change-over was not without it's challenges because I wanted to trade my new phone one day after I'd bought it and when my husband's phone arrived Jeremy needed to get a transfer code from the previous company. BUT! Let me tell you! Without Jeremy's knowledgeable help, we would've not completed our change over for either phone, nor the service company! The first visit to this store in Pryor, we had another associate and by the helpful actions of Jeremy to each customer, we made the assumption that he was the manager. On our second visit to the store, we were fortunate enough to have Jeremy help us. We learned then that this store doesn't have an official manager. Are they trying to save money? They won't if they loose Jeremy! Who else would work with a rival company for a couple of hours to get the information needed to change a customer over? All the while, helping other associates with their questions and customers. Who else would make us feel valuable as a customer and make what easily could've been a stressful interaction, one of calmness and kindness? This was our experience with Jeremy Kelley and wherever he goes, we'll follow, because his knowledge and customer service is that good!
