After 15mins I left because customers kept walking in with on-line appointments and the "walk-in" line was never addressed. So I made an online reservation for the next available appointment (which was 1:40pm). When I came in for my 1:40pm there was now only 1 person working, and there were 10 people in the walk-in list and 2 in the reservation list. 1 wasn't called until 2:15pm! Well over a half hour past my "appointment". Come on! This company advertises about its great service, yet has no one working when you stop in for help! When I did get to customer service, they really didn't help me with much. Seemed way more interested in trying to sell me a phone line than to deal with my billing issue. Seems this company has put all their efforts into selling phone lines and not really caring if they keep their cable and internet customers.

According to tier 1 tech support the website was messed up and they couldn't get it to sinc up with my cycle. My only options were to deal with it and pay the high bills or upgrade my service to 1000 gigs for $80 a month. So I upgraded. Now I have issues with my service for the last 2 months. Keep getting pushed around in ridiculous circles from tier 1 and 2 tech support. My service goes out when tier 2 hours are closed. Now tier 1 tells me it will be $120 an hour to send out 2 tech to resolve the issue. That's bull@#$%. I will be contacting the better business Bureau. Less than 1 star.
