I HIGHLY advise anyone and everyone not to use this so called company. In order to get ANYTHING done to your account, they have a 24 hour time frame you have to wait for a tech2 programmer to call you... Not just a regular 24 time frame, but a 24 hour time frame based off of their scheduled 8 hour days!! Do the math, and they have stuck you with 3... that's right, THREE DAYS in all actuality! Their "managers" do not even have access to anything to assist a business owner such as myself in desperate need of their assistance. I could go on, but I think I've vented enough. I have never been treated with such disregard and with the worst customer service ever. I have not had internet for 3 days, finally get it connected and within 5 hours it disconnects again. Couldn't even get a signal up to 5mbps when we are supposed to be paying for 10mbps. Have called numerous times with zero actual help or attention to our problem. I am appalled that this company is still able to be in business. I don't even want to put one star on this rating because they do not even deserve that. If you live near Plymouth, WI I wouldn't recommend this wireless internet service. I've been a customer for over a year and my internet is anything but consistent. Some days it's good, some days it's slow, other days it doesn't even work. My neighbors have the same issues, but the techs continue to make every excuse without admitting their service is sub par. If you have another service provider option you should probably take advantage of it. read more

Worst internet provider I have ever tried. I called them up. Asked for their fastest residential package, because i like streaming in hd. They said no problem,signed up for their 24 g service. Once installed. Strong signal, but not close to speed. After three weeks and over 20 documented calls numerous speed tests ,that they suggested , never reaching more than 12g download speed. I ask them to take it out because they never met their obligation... Trying to charge a$575 termination fee. Buyer beware with this company. They over promise and under sell. Not a good local business. Read their contract. They state that their service may be unreliable and its not their fault. IT WILL BE. Go elsewhere. Buyer Beware! Substandard Service and even talked with the owner and there is not a focus on customer service. After having them install the internet service we have been having more and more issues with the service. After running through there very labor intensive solutions e.g. turn off the router, turn on the router, look at this setting look at that setting, etc. It finally came to head today when I was told to call back at the exact moment when the service is giving you trouble so we can see if it is our issue. Really? Talked with the owner and he stated that issue is not the service but where the router was installed which I find interesting because they installed our original router in that location. The owner then stated that I need more Internet access points in the house and it would cost as much is 1,000 bucks. It seems that they take no responsibility and when they do they are fast to bring up the fact that the hours they spend getting the service to work is billable at 60 bucks per hour. Tried to explain the concept of customer service and when we could not agree I asked to be released from the service agreement which he is not willing to do. Buyer Beware! read more
