    Sheboygan, WI - Business drive location…read more I wish I could give it 0 stars. I went in and got helped by JP, he added a line without having a physical phone, had me pay the $20 to add a third line without confirming fully I could even add the second. My bill went from $70 to $150, which I almost had to pay even though I never used either line. I had to call customer service twice and raise my voice in order to finally get a refund. I had to go out of my way for his mistake. Clearly the workers don't know what they're doing. From now on I'm not going back to this location. On a separate occasion I was helped by another associate there as well, and he didn't know what he was doing either. The manager was even standing right there and didn't do anything, just watched them mess up my bill and do things I didn't even ask for.

    I have been a Sprint customer for over 20 years. The have recently merged with T-Mobile. I have had…read morenothing but HORRIBLE customer service since the merge. It was time to add additional line to my account. When I was in store I was told that I could add a 3rd line for free. I agreed (even though the free line would not be needed for a few years). Now my bill comes and I am charged for the line. So...I chat with Sprint/T-mobile and am told multiple times that it will be taken care of and that the promotion will be applied. When I chat again today I am not told that my line does not qualify for the free promotion and I will be charged $40/month. This is so wrong, as I would not have gotten the line had I know I had to pay. They rope customers in to purchasing something and then screw them over. This is not an acceptable way to conduct business. I hope to prevent someone else from being put through this situation.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Cricket Wireless. I went in on Thursday…read moreto set up four lines -- buying two new phones and activating two old ones. They told me I had to pay upfront for the new phones and that they would activate my numbers once the phones arrived. Half an hour later, I realized my old phones had no service at all. I immediately went back to the store and told them I wanted to cancel and return everything since no lines were activated. The employee said I'd have to wait until the new phones arrived, then bring them back for a refund. The phones arrived on Tuesday, and I returned to the store to process the refund. That's when things got even worse. The employee Andrea and her manager Louis were extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They refused to give me a full refund, keeping $250 for "activation fees" -- even though no lines were ever activated. This company charged me for services I never received, wasted hours of my time, and treated me terribly when I tried to resolve it. Andrea was openly rude, and Louis just sat there doing nothing. After spending close to $2,000, I left with missing money and zero service. Cricket Wireless is a scam. Do not trust them with your time or money. Their customer service is a joke, their staff is untrained and disrespectful, and they'll happily take your money without delivering the service they promise.
