She tells us that we needed my father there to get off of his plan and we asked if we could take a form and she said no and claimed that we would just go out to our car and forge a signature. Before she even helped us she had a lady in front of us that she used the same rude tone with. She wouldn't even answer the questions we had and just gave us excuses that we needed my father.
