Looking on Zillow I see this place is nothing but a warehouse. The gloves I ordered smelled pretty bad and were cheaply made. The fingers were pretty short and I figured out why when I found out they were made in China....that also explains the nasty smell. Etsy is typically known for higher end unusual products in which many are made by crafters not cheap imports from China, this explains the warehouse. Buyers beware this place is awful and not honest about their products. This is the second time this year that I ran into a company that represents themselves as a company that is US based and is really a front for cheap imports. Buyer beware!! read more

I learned the hard way. I should've read the reviews first. I bought a side of veg tanned leather. It was, with out any exaggeration, the worse piece of leather I ever purchased. They called it their "A Grade". Full of holes, tears and insect bights. I was behind on a project and used some out of desperation. I figured maybe I could cut out small usable pieces for straps, gussets and the like. No, I was grossly mistaken. I would examine the leather and cut out a pattern from what looked OK but when I dyed it, all kinds of scarring and other defects appeared. How do D-Bags like this sleep at night. It would be one thing if they were honest and advertised that they're leather was crap, but to call it "A-Grade" is deceptive and just plain wrong. As with Victoria R - I had to file a complaint with Paypal regarding the quality of the leather sent to us, it had stains and holes. I had contacted them about the leather and the quality, they told me to return it for a refund, but they wouldnt' cover the cost of shipping it. So I have paid 2 lots of shipping and am out of pocket because of substandard leather and service - these guys are a NO GO! Save yourself the hassle. read more

A very disreputable company! I called them up requesting a very specific piece of leather, was told what to order to fulfill my needs, and when I received the product it was not what I had asked for. Called them back immediately, and they told me I could return it for a full refund, but would have to pay for shipping the product back. I thought this was wrong, because they had made the mistake sending me the wrong product. I was told I would have to talk to the owner, who agreed to pay to have it shipped back, which he did, but then they credited my card back $15 less than the original purchase amount. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and when leather unlimited responded to the dispute they lied, saying that I had received the correct product and decided it wasn't for my intended use. My credit card company at that point simply gave me a credit for the $15, but that allows this dishonest and disreputable merchant off the hook. So I wanted to let other buyers know to beware. read more

I've ordered from them also and received my purchase fast and with no complications. There are a lot of online businesses and distance brick and mortar businesses that have the same policy on return shipping. I can't say I agree with it either but it's agreed to when you place the order. At least it doesn't include if they ship to the wrong address or something like that. read more
