I even told the other customer she could have it, so it's not about me trying to take it. It's just frustrating when you're told something isn't available and then see that it actually is, just because someone else got help from a different employee who actually checked. I get that things sell out fast, especially Pokémon stuff, but at least take the time to look before saying there's nothing. It just feels inconsistent and unfair. They told me I had to pay upfront for the new phones and that they would activate my numbers once the phones arrived. Half an hour later, I realized my old phones had no service at all. I immediately went back to the store and told them I wanted to cancel and return everything since no lines were activated. The employee said I'd have to wait until the new phones arrived, then bring them back for a refund. The phones arrived on Tuesday, and I returned to the store to process the refund. That's when things got even worse. The employee Andrea and her manager Louis were extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They refused to give me a full refund, keeping $250 for "activation fees" -- even though no lines were ever activated. This company charged me for services I never received, wasted hours of my time, and treated me terribly when I tried to resolve it. Andrea was openly rude, and Louis just sat there doing nothing. After spending close to $2,000, I left with missing money and zero service. Cricket Wireless is a scam. Do not trust them with your time or money. Their customer service is a joke, their staff is untrained and disrespectful, and they'll happily take your money without delivering the service they promise.

Not just a regular 24 time frame, but a 24 hour time frame based off of their scheduled 8 hour days!! Do the math, and they have stuck you with 3... that's right, THREE DAYS in all actuality! Their "managers" do not even have access to anything to assist a business owner such as myself in desperate need of their assistance. I could go on, but I think I've vented enough.
