The second time, went back to get signed up for the one year free mobile service that was offered with my new Internet. This time I worked with Jayson. Also a really good experience. He went above and beyond to get my carrier switched over(AT&T was slow to release the line) all while efficiently taking care of other customers. I highly recommend having your Spectrum needs taken care of at this location.

They also overcharge an additional month past date you cancel and refuse to correct and unless you pay they directly send it to a collection agency and mess up your credit rating. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I personal am going though this experience with them in North western WI. I received their bill. then called them and canceled them. the following month received another bill. 1 month after canceling them. I called them to correct it. basically told to bad and to pay it. When I refused to pay, they sent it to collections and have since ruined my credit rating.

When the full month bill was received in Sheboygan, they claimed that another business wrote the contract; therefore, they were not responsible for the huge increase in the monthly bill. The latest call was for the re-locating of my dish after a new roof was put on. A suggestion was made to maybe put it on a pole instead of the roof. I took there suggestion. Oh hell no. We just…read moremoved to a new house and needed to get some type of TV service going meaning the choice was between cable (nope, sorry never again), DirecTV or Dish. Dish currently has the best pricing and so I went online to set it up which should be a relatively simple process, right? Nope. I won't go into the long, horrible story but I'm now on my third rep over 4 days and between online chat and the phone, it's well over 2 hours of my time. Bottom line, they messed up during the credit check process and ended up "locking" me out because they pinged it so many times. They promised a call back to complete the process which of course never happened and when I finally did get set up complete they tried to bait and switch me to a more expensive package. On top of that, more than one rep tried to get me to give them a second credit card number - even though they acknowledged the first one worked just fine. Super, super, super shady. The whole process was time consuming, inconvenient, frustrating and more than a little sketchy. There are very limited choices for TV service in this market and I believe all of them suck. Know that Dish is no exception and in fact, sucks HARD.

If / when I had a service issue they would respond in a timely fashion. Very professional. Fast forward to the current. My contract is up and I've been wanting to renew / upgrade my service.
