Actually the guy in the photo messed up my families entire account somehow. It took weeks to one day figure out why our bills were not accurate.
Several months passed and when I finally got around to stopping by the office I was told that that employee screwed up a whole bunch of stuff and had been fired months ago.
Finally, I believe, around 2 years of completely losing my mind about how much money we were being overcharged someone eventually realized the mistake and in the end we were still TSOL.
I can't remember how many years we've been with this company, but when we first got into their service, I was still working for their parent company (TDS TELECOM used to be a parent company, I'm not sure if they still have any affiliation) and at that time it was free, as a benefit package with my job. That was 2006.
If T mobile didn't suck so bad they'd be an option.
Verizon, same thing.
Now that I think about it, and can't think of any other companies, I'm recollecting the cold hard reality that my actual immediate home address is in a strange dead zone. Meaning that US Cellular was the one service that my house could get a decent signal. That was years ago, but the two neighbors that I recently spoke to about this issue told me they too were stuck inside the US Cellular web network because of that same problem.
I wanted to delete my review, since I now pretty much despise Yelp. I'm systematically trying to delete every single one of my reviews but it takes more time to get rid of them than it did to write them in the first place. Well, not really but it's a damn pain. read more
