Sales clerk, Amanda, would not give actual prices. She just kept saying. "You save more the more…read moreyou buy." I picked out the top of the line phone. The charging cord was included but not the actual plug. That was an additional $20. (It is like buying a car and finding out the tires cost extra.) Sales receipt was so small I could not read it . When I got home, and looked it over with a magnifying glass, I saw there were several "fees" added totaling nearly $100. Also, my new phone and accessories were just bagged up and handed to me. I was left to back-up and transfer all my data to the new phone, clear my old phone and package it up for trade-in shipment. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 20 years. I will, be changing to a new carrier very soon.

He then stated he would replace the battery and charged more. After weeks off having the phone it was obvious he wasn't going to fix it. I took it to a PROFESSIONAL and was told the cheap screen he replaced it with was causing the battery not to charge. When it was actually replaced correctly with the proper equipment found out he damaged the front camera. Ended up paying way more to fix the initial problem plus the ones he caused. He refused to refund!!!!
